Aged in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, The Hielan'  essentially refers to the The Highland Region. Whilst most of the older GlenDronach range of bottlings are quite heavily sherried, rich and sweet, this youngster stands out amongst the rest of the distillery’s core range. Bold with notes of nuts, butterscotch, spice along with hints of raisin and citrus.  If you like the malty flavours with the boldness of this youngster, this whisky is for you.

Aroma of spices, pralines, spiced oranges with a palate of black cherries, ginger and dark chocolate. The finish is long and balanced with hints of oak.
