A 12 years old bottling from Highland Park bottled in the 2000s . This classic bottling was one of the favourites of Michael Jackson, the whisky writer (The Malt Whisky Companion). This bottle design was introduced by Edrington in 1999 and used until it was redesigned in 2006. Please note that the box has slight creasing in some places given the vintage.

A 12 years old bottling from Highland Park bottled during the 1990s in a dumpy styled bottle and a paper label. A rare bottle to find. This old bottling is a unique balance of subtle smokiness and heather-honey sweetness. Whisky writer Michael Jackson had commented about these old Highland Park 12 year olds as 'The greatest all-rounder in the world of malt whisky'. This has been bottled at 43%.

Made from the finest malted barley; dried over peat fires; steeped in the Island's prue spring waters and aged in oak cask for 12 long years and more.

This Highland Park whisky is from the single cask Series, which was distilled in 2003, matured in a first fill European Sherry Oak Butt #6145 for 15 years and bottled in 2019, exclusively for The Netherlands.

Released in 2012, this was the first of the Valhalla Collection/Series. 23,000 bottles were released.The Valhalla Collection captures Orkney's historical Scandinavian connections with Thor representing the Norse God of Thunder and supposedly the creator of the Cliffs of Yesnaby on Orkney's west coast. A great cask strength 16 year old malt bottling and presented in a wooden frame inspired by a viking long boat! Increasingly difficult to find. A rare old bottling from Highland Park distilled in 1977 and bottled in 1998 to celebrate the Bicentenary (200 golden years from 1798 to 1998) of the distillery. A very popular bottling when released and a rare bottle of whisky which is difficult to find.

Originally about 12000 bottles are estimated to have been released with a further 690 bottles released in 2008 (these 690 bottles were originally set aside apparently for samples and tasting but were "forgotten" and eventually found and released for the Japanese market with a slightly different wooden box).

Nose: A powerful sweet sherry initial note which opens up to reveal toffee and candied fruits hidden within Palate: With a lovely sweet flavour which leads to a smokey fruit character Finish: Beautifully long buttery finish that leaves you reaching for more.(Producer's Tasting Notes)

This 1978 Vintage Collection from the Highland Park Distillery was originally crafted exclusively for Global Travel Retail and bottled in 2011. Nose: Cedar wood, spicy cinnamon bark and camphor. Cloudy honey with hints of ripe melon and lemon peel. Palate: Rich and spicy. Sweet marinated stem ginger, toasted wood, and hints of jasmine. Finish: Long sweet with lingering spiciness. (Producer Tasting Notes). This bottling is a homage to the Vikings' love of travel presented in a beautiful oak box, with the image of an ornate dragon's head and which catpures the spirit of Viking craftsmanship.

Bottled around 2007, this has been matured in Sherry Oak and comes in a beautiful wooden box at 48.1% ABV.  Subsequent versions of the 30 Years Old (from about 2013 onwards) were bottled at a lower ABV.
