Nestled above River Spey, The Macallan was founded by Alexander Reid in 1824. in north-east Scotland. The distillery is surrounded by a 485 acre estate with Easter Elchies House at its heart.

In collaboration with legendary Spanish Pastry Chef Jordi Roca (of El Celler De Can Roca), this release from Macallan under "The Harmony Collection" has been matured in Sherry Seasoned Oak casks and American Oak casks delivering a unique rich dark chocolate palate along with honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon (Tasting notes of producer)
