This Kumquat Umeshu Shochu liqueur is a collaboration between Seikoba Kajuen (from Minami Satsuma City), which is a long-established orchard that grows citrus fruits for over three generations (100 years), and Higashi Shuzo, an Shochu distillery in Kagoshima with an equally long history. 

Made with Kumquat "Ougon Maru", which has been ripened and made into a mash, then soaked in Umeshu (which was originally made from Kome Shochu and Kishu Nanko Ume), this is an extremely refreshing drink with a fresh citrus aroma with almonds, a great balance of sweet and sour flavours reflecting the combination of Kumquat and Umeshu. Recommend to drink on the Rock or with Sparkling Water.

Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry is a classic French dry vermouth known for its light, fresh, and clean profile. Produced in the Alpine region of Chambéry since 1821, Dolin Dry is made from a delicate Ugni Blanc wine base infused with more than 30 Alpine herbs, including absinthe, brooklime, verbena, and orange bark. The vermouth is famous for its subtle and complex aromas of bright citrus, menthol, piney herbs, almond, and balsamic notes.

The palate is crisp and elegant with a slightly sweet (≤ 4% sugar) and herbal character featuring flavors of lemon zest, green apple, white grape, thyme, sage, and white pepper. It finishes clean, medium-long, and slightly dry with soft nutty and chalky mineral undertones. Dolin Dry Vermouth holds France’s only protected designation of origin (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) for vermouth, awarded in 1932.

BOB’s Abbotts Bitters is a handcrafted recreation of the classic Abbotts Bitters, believed to be an original ingredient in early 20th-century cocktails like the Manhattan. The recipe took five years to perfect and is made with a blend of botanicals including lively peppermint, sweet cinnamon, tonka bean, and warming spices. The botanicals are steeped in Scotch whisky, then filtered and aged for six months in medium-charred American white oak barrels, which adds layers of complexity and a well-rounded flavor.

BOB’s Abbotts Bitters offer a lighter, sweeter, and more nutty flavor profile compared to typical aromatic bitters, with notes of vanilla, Turkish delight, licorice root, cinnamon, and a delicate bitterness. This blend is ideal for enhancing classic cocktails such as Manhattans, Martinis, and Old Fashioneds, as well as cocktails with whisky, rum, and gin. Valdespino Fino Inocente Single Vineyard Sherry is a traditional, dry Fino sherry made exclusively from Palomino grapes grown in the high-altitude Macharnudo Alto vineyard in Jerez, Spain. It is unique as it is the only Fino fermented in 600-liter American oak barrels using indigenous yeasts, a rare practice that adds complexity and richness to the wine. The solera system used for aging involves ten criaderas (stages), with the average age of the wine being around ten years under a protective veil of flor yeast.

The wine is pale golden in color with a complex aroma profile featuring notes of almonds, yeasty brioche, dried hay, salted olives, chalk, and hints of vanilla. The palate is elegant, full-bodied yet delicate, with mineral, zesty citrus, apple, grapefruit, and herbal flavors balanced by a fine chalky texture and a salty, slightly bitter finish. This Fino combines freshness and richness well, presenting a refined and long-lasting finish.

It is best served chilled (8-9°C) and pairs excellently with salted almonds, white fish, light meats, and tapas. This sherry has received high praise and awards, recognized for its balance, complexity, and traditional production methods that preserve the authentic character of Fino sherry.
