The Herbalist Yaso Gin Yuzu is a high-quality Japanese craft gin produced by Echigo Yakuso based in Niigata Prefecture, and known for blending the power of fermentation with wild plants.

This gin that balances the bright, lustrous aroma and rich bitterness of yuzu peel with the classic juniper berry flavor. Designed to blend Japanese and Western botanical traditions, this gin features Japanese botanicals such as sansho pepper, shiso leaves, and tea leaves, alongside Western spices including coriander seeds and cinnamon leaves. Each botanical is distilled using specialized methods to preserve its unique character, resulting in a complex and layered flavor where yuzu shines distinctly but harmonizes beautifully with the other elements.

Mars Wa Bi Gin "The Forest" is a Japanese gin produced by the Mars Tsunuki Distillery in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. This gin is crafted from a rice-based spirit distilled twice for purity and delicacy. It features juniper berries, coriander seeds as core botanicals, along with unique Japanese botanicals such as Yakusugi cedar, Hinoki cypress and nine botanicals sourced locally from Kagoshima such as, yuzu, green tea leaves, shiso, kumquat, ginger, and perilla leaves.

Nose: Rich scent of Yakusugi cedar, light citrus notes. Palate: Refreshing sensation like being in a coniferous forest, green flavor of cypress leaves. Finish: Sweet and spicy aroma of juniper berries.

Sakurao Gin Hamagou 2025 is a Japanese dry gin crafted with 12 botanicals. This 8th edition has a fresh and refreshing fragrance reminiscent of the small, dainty Hamagou flowers that bloom on Miyajima Island, a world heritage site located near SAKURAO DISTILLERY. Botanicals include Hamagou, rosemary, shiranui citrus, lavender, green tea, spearmint, juniper berry from France, angelica root, licorice, coriander seed, vanilla bean, and caraway seed.

SAKURAO GIN is produced by a German-made copper hybrid still
and is distilled using a hybrid method (combination of steeping and vapor methods), which is the best way to extract the flavors of each and every botanicals.

KOMASA GIN-Sakurajima Komikan is a very enjoyable and broadly approachable gin produced by Komasa Jyozo, which has over 130 years of experience making shochu in Kagoshima. KOMASA GIN is based on minimalization of additional elements and focuses on the major botanical i.e. the Sakurajima komikan. The world's smallest mikan, or satsuma mandarin, is an important crop on Mt. Sakurajima as it is unsuitable for rice production due to its volcanic ash soil. With a diameter of only 4-5cm and a weight of 20-50g, the size of this mikan is small but its presence is immense.

Tasting Note: The crisp, dry taste of gin and the gentle citrus aroma of mikan combine for an entirely unique drinking experience.

Suntory Roku Japanese Craft Gin is a meticulously crafted gin distilled in Japan that highlights six unique Japanese botanicals: sakura flower, sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, and sansho pepper. These botanicals are harvested at their peak freshness, following the Japanese concept of “shun,” to capture the essence of Japan’s four seasons in each bottle.

In addition to these six distinctive botanicals, Roku Gin also contains eight traditional gin botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon, bitter orange peel, lemon peel, and angelica seed, which together create a complex yet balanced flavor profile. Tamras Gin starts its journery with the highest quality Neutral Grain Spirit distilled from the finest Punjab Rice in India. The botanicals are carefully sourced and distilled in their small-batch 230 litre Müeller Copper Still, "Odysseus". The traditional method of using a Copper Still ensures an ultra-refined liquid, and a smooth mouth-feel with delicate flavours kept intact.

The botanicals are distilled in groups as individual distillates in a recipe defined by the Master Distiller from Germany - Julia Nourney. The individual distillate route allows them to use whole fruit citrus harvested only in winter and distill more delicate botanicals like Nilgiri Tea and Indian Mint at their own speed uncompromised by the presence of other botanicals. The distillates are left to rest. No sugar, artificial flavours or essences are added. Every drop of Neutral Grain Spirit is redistilled. The distillates are married together for slow dilution with filtered water over 28 days. Slow-dilution ensures a more integrated and harmonious flavour. Finally, Tāmras Gin is bottled and labelled at the distillery in Goa itself ready to enjoy in your favourite cocktail or just neat.

The gin is uniquely made from alcohol generated as a byproduct during the fermentation of enzyme drinks derived from 80 kinds of wild plants such as mugwort, turmeric, dokudami, and ginseng, which are slowly fermented and matured in ceramic pots for about a year.
