Matured in 3 distinct casks, first fill bourbon barrel, refill bourbon barrel and oloroso sherry butts, this is truly Balvenie in its style - honey, spices and traditional oak. The Balvenie Signature 12yo replaced the previous favourite, Founders Reserve 10 Years Old as the core release within the distillery's range. This is a marriage of Sherry, Bourbon and Refill casks and, as always with Balvenie, it's a polished, mellow whisky to relax with. No Box is available.

Glansa is an adjective meaning shining storm-laden skies in Old Norse - a reference to the temperamental weather on the island. The original signature smooth fruity single malt aged in American Oak has been further rested in peated casks resulting in rich notes of warm heather honey, soft fruits giving way to a subtle smoky finish. "Sado - The Guest". This is a Single Cask (#129/2013) bottling exclusively for Mizunara, Hong Kong. Bottled in November 2020 with 254 bottles released, this has been matured in a fresh bourbon barrel for nearly seven years and then finished in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead for over ten months. A Nose of citrus fruits and raisins and a Palate of mixed fruits, salted caramel and dry spice with peat smoke at the back end, the Finish is long with rich fruits, lots of spices like cloves and cardamom along with dry smoke. 

This bottling represents a continuation of the story of SADO, from Mizunara's previous Single Cask bottling (767/2011 label focusing on the HOST) and this time around focuses on the GUEST, both of whom share mutual respect during a Japanese Tea Ceremony ("SADO"). The label for both the bottles were designed by Kenro Shinchi, an artist based out of Koshikishima Island in Kagoshima, Japan.

This Asaka Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Reserve Single Malt Japanese Whisky was distilled in 2019 from unpeated malt and bottled in October 2024. A very unique bottling indeed with the Asaka whisky being first matured in bourbon barrels for 3 years before being aged for an additional year in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks from Napa Valley, a renowned Californian wine region.

This beautifully whisky is non-chill-filtered with natural color and layered with Asaka's signature notes of bright citrus and subtle sweetness, elegantly enhanced by the influence of the red wine casks. Limited Release with only 1,316 bottles available worldwide.

Valdespino Fino Inocente Single Vineyard Sherry is a traditional, dry Fino sherry made exclusively from Palomino grapes grown in the high-altitude Macharnudo Alto vineyard in Jerez, Spain. It is unique as it is the only Fino fermented in 600-liter American oak barrels using indigenous yeasts, a rare practice that adds complexity and richness to the wine. The solera system used for aging involves ten criaderas (stages), with the average age of the wine being around ten years under a protective veil of flor yeast.

The wine is pale golden in color with a complex aroma profile featuring notes of almonds, yeasty brioche, dried hay, salted olives, chalk, and hints of vanilla. The palate is elegant, full-bodied yet delicate, with mineral, zesty citrus, apple, grapefruit, and herbal flavors balanced by a fine chalky texture and a salty, slightly bitter finish. This Fino combines freshness and richness well, presenting a refined and long-lasting finish.

It is best served chilled (8-9°C) and pairs excellently with salted almonds, white fish, light meats, and tapas. This sherry has received high praise and awards, recognized for its balance, complexity, and traditional production methods that preserve the authentic character of Fino sherry.
