Nagahama Distillery’s Fragrant Collaboration series features the Coffee Cask expression, created in partnership with Bankoku Coffee, a long-established roaster from Yamagata. This bottling uses Nagahama’s non-peated malt as the base, with secondary maturation in bourbon casks that previously held aromatic coffee beans. It is bottled at cask strength, with only 334 bottles released. The first nose is said to evoke a creamy café latte.

Tasting Note: Aroma: Opens with notes of espresso and dark chocolate, followed by a fragrant wave of vanilla and caramel. Palate: Dominated by rich coffee flavors, closely followed by creamy sweetness, toffee, and a hint of maple syrup. Finish: Warm and lingering, with a touch of cacao and the classic sweetness of bourbon casks.

The 2026 Edition of Single Malt Tsunuki is composed of carefully selected malt whiskies, matured in a variety of casks, with a focus on bourbon and sherry casks.
This release marks the fifth in the Annual Edition series and the seventh overall, including “The First” and “Peated.” It reflects the continued evolution of Tsunuki’s house style, balancing fruity vibrancy with depth and energy.

The label design pays tribute to the distillery’s original tower, set against the serene natural beauty that surrounds Tsunuki.

Crafted at the Mars Tsunuki Distillery, nestled in the lush mountains southwest of the Satsuma Peninsula, the whisky benefits from a distinctive basin-like climate with marked temperature variations, as well as pristine spring water sourced from Mt. Kurata—ideal conditions for maturation.

Tasting Note:
Nose: Rich and vibrant, with aromas reminiscent of cheesecake and orangettes, gently layered with soft white smoke.
Palate: Juicy fruit notes, like pear compote, harmoniously balanced with the nutty richness of almond chocolate.
Finish: Lingering impressions of vibrant fruit lead into a long, full-bodied finish with depth and complexity.

Alchemy Single Malt Whisky is a new core range release from New Zealand’s Pōkeno Distillery. “Alchemy” expresses a magical process of creation and transformation, where carefully selected elements are combined to create something extraordinary.

This expression brings together some of Pōkeno’s oldest whiskies, fully matured across six cask types: Pedro Ximénez sherry butts and hogsheads, lightly and medium toasted virgin American oak barrels, as well as ruby and tawny port barriques.

The result is Pōkeno’s boldest and richest release to date, bursting with notes of ripe red fruits, dark chocolate, and Black Forest gâteau. Layers of rich honey, caramel, and vanilla beans follow, leading to a long, luxurious, and fruit-driven finish.

Pōkeno Distillery is nestled in a warm, misty valley, protected by volcanic hills. From this unique environment, they source pure natural spring water and the finest barley from three family-owned farms in New Zealand’s fertile South Island, ensuring exceptional quality from grain to glass.

The Linkwood 12 Year Old Flora & Fauna is bottled by Diageo as part of its iconic Flora & Fauna series at 43% ABV. Distilled at Linkwood, it offers a floral, fruity profile with rich vanilla, almond, and light cigar-box notes, finishing with a dry, gently spicy hint of anise.

The Flora & Fauna series was originally introduced in 1991 by United Distillers, now Diageo. It launched with whiskies from 22 distilleries, and four more were added in 2001.

Yamaga New Born 2022 is a first release new-make whisky from Yamaga Distillery in Kumamoto, Japan, created to mark the distillery’s first anniversary. Located in northern Kumamoto Prefecture, the distillery makes use of high-quality groundwater and the basin’s hot, humid climate, with the whisky blended from spirits aged in bourbon barrels.

Released on 1 December 2022, it was bottled at 58% ABV in a 375ml format, with 3,421 bottles produced. As a young new-born spirit rather than a fully matured single malt, it showcases distillery character and early promise more than age-driven complexity. It is a blend of seven selected casks matured for around 7 months in bourbon barrels. Whiskybase rate at around 86 points.

Tasting notes from distillery: Aromas of green apple and osmanthus, along with roasted nuts and elegant malt flavors, create a delicate yet robust body. Aroma: Butterscotch, milk caramel, apple pie, blackcurrant, mint. Flavors: Silky, osmanthus, sponge cake, cashews, lemon cake, camphor, meringue, mitarashi (sweet soy sauce glaze)

This Single Cask bottling from the Asaka Distillery is exclusively selected and bottled for Mizunara: in Tokyo (located at Kagurazaka) for a special release during Whisky Collection Koriyama 2026.

Showcasing the unique character of the long fermentation in wooden washbacks of the Asaka Distillery, this Single Cask has been matured in a First Fill Bourbon Barrel (from Early Times Kentucky Bourbon) #20033 for more than 6 years.  The whisky is bottled at its natural cask strength of 61% ABV. Unchill-filtered and uncompromised, it captures the vivid, authentic character of the whisky straight from the cask. Only 190 bottles have been released across Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

A rare 17-year-old Imperial single malt distilled in 1995, matured in a single cask #50076 and bottled in 2012 by Acorn, Japan's second-oldest independent bottler of Scotch whisky, as part of its Natural Malt Selection. Bottled at a robust 52.3% ABV, this limited independent release offers an opportunity to explore the elegant, fruity and gently waxy character of the now-closed Imperial Distillery.

Imperial Distillery was founded in 1897, but its history was marked by repeated closures and several changes of ownership before it was finally demolished in 2013. Its whisky is now difficult to find and has developed a devoted following for its distinctive floral, cream-soda-like, and gently elegant style. The site was subsequently redeveloped as Dalmunach Distillery, making older Imperial bottlings increasingly collectible.

Part of Knockando’s premium range of vintage-dated official bottlings, this expression was matured exclusively in carefully selected old oak casks, where the whisky slowly developed undisturbed for more than two decades.

This elegant Speyside single malt displays layers of soft malt, dried fruit, honeyed sweetness, caramelised nuts, and polished oak, followed by a smooth, gently spiced finish. Mature and increasingly difficult to find, it is a fine example of Knockando’s vintage-led style and the distinctive character of the Master Reserve range.

Multiple 26 year old Jura bottlings from Signatory’s Cask Strength Collection—especially the heavily peated 1989 vintage—are highly regarded by enthusiasts for their lively fruit, refined peat, and excellent balance. Nose: Very sweet, rich toffee, popcorn kernels and salted caramel Palate: hints of hickory smoke and jerky chicken. Aniseed is then present in the background. Finish: Quite a malty finish then liquorice and burnt sugar come through

Originally released in 1997, over 25 years ago, and then discontinued in 2004 the 17 Year Old was a peaty pioneer that laid the road map for future Ardbegs. Beloved by the Committee, this New Release traces the old delicate peat profile note by note and has been bottled at 40%/Chill Filtered. This is the renewed 17 Years Old Ardbeg.

Nose: Fresh and clean , with hints of pine resin, aniseed, sea spray and lavender soap very gentle, very restrained, and rather elegant for an Ardbeg. With water, there is a distinctive, flinty minerality, along with subtle hints of sweet peat smoke, malted barley, and a touch of toasting bread. Palate: A beautiful, creamy texture is followed by a lovely combination of flavours, with aniseed toffee, café latte, fennel and gentle antiseptic soap. Finish: The peat smoke is present, but in a very restrained manner, and leads into a lingering aftertaste with chewy oak, cocoa powder and tar. (Distillery Tasting Notes)
