This wine is characterized by its light golden-yellow hue and moderate sweetness, complemented by a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Mars Wa Bi Gin "The Forest" is a Japanese gin produced by the Mars Tsunuki Distillery in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. This gin is crafted from a rice-based spirit distilled twice for purity and delicacy. It features juniper berries, coriander seeds as core botanicals, along with unique Japanese botanicals such as Yakusugi cedar, Hinoki cypress and nine botanicals sourced locally from Kagoshima such as, yuzu, green tea leaves, shiso, kumquat, ginger, and perilla leaves.

Nose: Rich scent of Yakusugi cedar, light citrus notes. Palate: Refreshing sensation like being in a coniferous forest, green flavor of cypress leaves. Finish: Sweet and spicy aroma of juniper berries.

Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry is a classic French dry vermouth known for its light, fresh, and clean profile. Produced in the Alpine region of Chambéry since 1821, Dolin Dry is made from a delicate Ugni Blanc wine base infused with more than 30 Alpine herbs, including absinthe, brooklime, verbena, and orange bark. The vermouth is famous for its subtle and complex aromas of bright citrus, menthol, piney herbs, almond, and balsamic notes.

The palate is crisp and elegant with a slightly sweet (≤ 4% sugar) and herbal character featuring flavors of lemon zest, green apple, white grape, thyme, sage, and white pepper. It finishes clean, medium-long, and slightly dry with soft nutty and chalky mineral undertones. Dolin Dry Vermouth holds France’s only protected designation of origin (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) for vermouth, awarded in 1932.

Dolin Dry is highly regarded by bartenders as a top-quality vermouth for classic cocktails like the Martini, Gibson, and Bamboo, and it is also enjoyed neat or on the rocks as a refreshing aperitif. Blandy’s 10 Year Bual Madeira is crafted using traditional methods and aged across multiple lodges in Madeira. Made mainly from Bual grapes grown on the island’s south coast, the wine undergoes controlled fermentation and is fortified to retain its natural sweetness. It is aged for an average of 10 years in seasoned oak casks using the classic Canteiro system.

It shows a bright golden-brown colour with aromas of dried figs, plums, almonds, caramel, vanilla, and sweet spices. The palate is medium-sweet, smooth, and well-balanced, with notes of fruitcake, liqueur, and candied fruit, leading to a long finish of honey and ginger biscuits.

Botanicals include Hamagou, rosemary, shiranui citrus, lavender, green tea, spearmint, juniper berry from France, angelica root, licorice, coriander seed, vanilla bean, and caraway seed.

SAKURAO GIN is produced by a German-made copper hybrid still
and is distilled using a hybrid method (combination of steeping and vapor methods), which is the best way to extract the flavors of each and every botanicals.

Tasting Note : A gin with a fresh Hamagou aroma, the sweetness of shiranui citrus, and the gorgeous floral notes of lavender, all balanced with the strong gin flavor from French juniper berries.
