This "The English" single cask bottling is a 7 year old single malt from St George’s Distillery (The English Whisky Co. - English's oldest whisky distillery), independently bottled by Blackadder in its Raw Cask series. It bottled at a robust 65% ABV for full cask strength. Total of 225 bottles release wordwide.
The Raw Cask series delivers an “old-school” whisky that emphasizes natural oils and intense wood influence over refinement. It features no chill filtration, no added coloring, and visible cask sediments.
