This Kumquat Umeshu Shochu liqueur is a collaboration between Seikoba Kajuen (from Minami Satsuma City), which is a long-established orchard that grows citrus fruits for over three generations (100 years), and Higashi Shuzo, an Shochu distillery in Kagoshima with an equally long history. 

Made with Kumquat "Ougon Maru", which has been ripened and made into a mash, then soaked in Umeshu (which was originally made from Kome Shochu and Kishu Nanko Ume), this is an extremely refreshing drink with a fresh citrus aroma with almonds, a great balance of sweet and sour flavours reflecting the combination of Kumquat and Umeshu. Recommend to drink on the Rock or with Sparkling Water.

Made by infusing Japanese Coffee (made from rare domestic coffee beans) combined with Brazilian and Columbian Coffee with Kome (Rice) Shochu. Freshly roasted coffee is roasted using an unique far-infrared technology at the peak of its aroma. Delicate and smooth aroma bringing through the flavours of coffee.

This is a special liqueur that allows you to experience the unique flavor and umami of Japanese coffee. We recommend mixing it with milk or to drink chilled or on the rocks.
