Tullibardine 500 Sherry Cask Finish
Released in 2013, this rich, malty whisky was finished for 12 months in premium 500-litre sherry casks. It features intense notes of toffee, apples, cereal, vanilla, dates, and spice with a deep, dark brown color.
Caol Ila 1979, 34 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
This rare and vintage Caol Ila single malt Scotch whisky was distilled on May 2nd, 1979, and matured for 34 years in a bourbon hogshead cask (#5308). Bottled on June 6th, 2013, by Three Rivers Limited in Tokyo, this expression offers a remarkable journey through decades of aging.
Kohaku (Karuizawa) 10 Years Old Single Malt Whisky
A superb opportunity to taste whisky from the now-closed Karuizawa Distillery. Distilled in 1995 and aged for 10 years in a sherry butt, this expression was bottled in 2005. The distillery was mothballed in 2000 and permanently closed in 2011.
Ichiro’s Malt Double Distilleries
This bottling combines malt from two distilleries, Chichibu and Hanyu (Ichiro’s grandfather’s distillery). The nose reveals honeyed sweet berries with hints of spices. On the palate, honey sweetness leads to ginger spice, maltiness, and subtle oak.
