Suntory Roku Japanese Craft Gin is a meticulously crafted gin distilled in Japan that highlights six unique Japanese botanicals: sakura flower, sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, and sansho pepper. These botanicals are harvested at their peak freshness, following the Japanese concept of “shun,” to capture the essence of Japan’s four seasons in each bottle.

In addition to these six distinctive botanicals, Roku Gin also contains eight traditional gin botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon, bitter orange peel, lemon peel, and angelica seed, which together create a complex yet balanced flavor profile. Siete Misterios Doba-Yej is crafted from Espadin agave, with "Doba-Yej" meaning Espadin in Zapotec. It's 100% natural and organic in origin, with flavors and aromas that are custom to the specific species of agave. This mezcal differs from Siete Misterios' other Espadin offerings, being the first made in a copper still instead of a clay pot. Its milling is done using a horse-drawn tahona, contrasting with the hand milling of their other mezcals. As of 2024, production occurs in Yautepec, Santiago Matatlán, or San Dionisio, Oaxaca, with labels showcasing a famous Mexican war hero that varies by production area. Some batches were also sourced from San Luis del Río, Oaxaca.
