This Kumquat Umeshu Shochu liqueur is a collaboration between Seikoba Kajuen (from Minami Satsuma City), which is a long-established orchard that grows citrus fruits for over three generations (100 years), and Higashi Shuzo, an Shochu distillery in Kagoshima with an equally long history. 

Made with Kumquat "Ougon Maru", which has been ripened and made into a mash, then soaked in Umeshu (which was originally made from Kome Shochu and Kishu Nanko Ume), this is an extremely refreshing drink with a fresh citrus aroma with almonds, a great balance of sweet and sour flavours reflecting the combination of Kumquat and Umeshu. Recommend to drink on the Rock or with Sparkling Water.

Valdespino Fino Inocente Single Vineyard Sherry is a traditional, dry Fino sherry made exclusively from Palomino grapes grown in the high-altitude Macharnudo Alto vineyard in Jerez, Spain. It is unique as it is the only Fino fermented in 600-liter American oak barrels using indigenous yeasts, a rare practice that adds complexity and richness to the wine. The solera system used for aging involves ten criaderas (stages), with the average age of the wine being around ten years under a protective veil of flor yeast.

The wine is pale golden in color with a complex aroma profile featuring notes of almonds, yeasty brioche, dried hay, salted olives, chalk, and hints of vanilla. The palate is elegant, full-bodied yet delicate, with mineral, zesty citrus, apple, grapefruit, and herbal flavors balanced by a fine chalky texture and a salty, slightly bitter finish. This Fino combines freshness and richness well, presenting a refined and long-lasting finish.

It is best served chilled (8-9°C) and pairs excellently with salted almonds, white fish, light meats, and tapas. This sherry has received high praise and awards, recognized for its balance, complexity, and traditional production methods that preserve the authentic character of Fino sherry.

This Single Origin Rum blends a range of 100% tropical aged, Column Distilled rums from Mauritius, an Indian Ocean island nation about 850 Km east of Madagascar. In the warehouse of the distillery (Grays Inc. Ltd), all the rums are aged for a minimum of 7 years in Ex Cognac casks which give the rum subtle spicy notes. A select range of older rums in this blend are then finished for another three years in Port or Acacia casks adding sweet and fresh flavours. A rich, complex and spicy rum. The Herbalist Yaso Gin Yuzu is a high-quality Japanese craft gin produced by Echigo Yakuso based in Niigata Prefecture, and known for blending the power of fermentation with wild plants.

This gin that balances the bright, lustrous aroma and rich bitterness of yuzu peel with the classic juniper berry flavor. Designed to blend Japanese and Western botanical traditions, this gin features Japanese botanicals such as sansho pepper, shiso leaves, and tea leaves, alongside Western spices including coriander seeds and cinnamon leaves. A blend of hand-selected Jamaican Rums, including some of the finest aged rums distilled in Jamaican Pot Still, this rum which has been finished for at least 12 months in Ex-Oloroso Sherry Casks. Navy Island is a small tropical island off the coast of Port Antonio, Jamaica. In the 18th century, the island was used by the British Royal Navy (hence the name).  

This rum takes on the dark flavours of the  Sherry cask including dark dried fruits, figs, raisins balanced by an inherent nuttiness.

Suntory Roku Japanese Craft Gin is a meticulously crafted gin distilled in Japan that highlights six unique Japanese botanicals: sakura flower, sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, and sansho pepper. These botanicals are harvested at their peak freshness, following the Japanese concept of “shun,” to capture the essence of Japan’s four seasons in each bottle.

In addition to these six distinctive botanicals, Roku Gin also contains eight traditional gin botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon, bitter orange peel, lemon peel, and angelica seed, which together create a complex yet balanced flavor profile. This molasses-based rum has a very enjoyable nose, rich in vanilla and oak spices, toffee and tropical fruits. The palate is a great mix of oak spices and vanilla/honey and with a finish that makes it perfect to sip along with a Cigar.
