The brandy is typically bottled at 40% ABV and sealed with wax featuring the Domaine Lafitte seal, which symbolizes its authenticity and craftsmanship.

Comte de Lafitte specializes in producing vintage Armagnacs, each batch showcasing its unique personality and balance, ranging from lighter and more volatile aromas to richer and more intense profiles. These eaux-de-vie are suited for sipping neat and appreciated by connoisseurs for their depth and elegance.

KOMASA GIN-Sakurajima Komikan is a very enjoyable and broadly approachable gin produced by Komasa Jyozo, which has over 130 years of experience making shochu in Kagoshima. KOMASA GIN is based on minimalization of additional elements and focuses on the major botanical i.e. the Sakurajima komikan. The world's smallest mikan, or satsuma mandarin, is an important crop on Mt. Sakurajima as it is unsuitable for rice production due to its volcanic ash soil. With a diameter of only 4-5cm and a weight of 20-50g, the size of this mikan is small but its presence is immense.

Tasting Note: The crisp, dry taste of gin and the gentle citrus aroma of mikan combine for an entirely unique drinking experience.

The Herbalist Yaso Gin is a craft gin from Niigata Prefecture, produced by Echigo Yakuso, a health food manufacturer specializing in fermented products and medicinal herbs.

The gin is uniquely made from alcohol generated as a byproduct during the fermentation of enzyme drinks derived from 80 kinds of wild plants such as mugwort, turmeric, dokudami, and ginseng, which are slowly fermented and matured in ceramic pots for about a year. 

Tasting Note: Enjoy the classical botanical aroma that blends with the fresh wildflower scents which produced the base spirit. Nice floral aromas (rose, lavender, jasmine, chamomile, & thyme orange flower) balancing with the scent of the unique ginseng berry.

Finish: A lasting sweetness develops, which is accompanied by figs and oak spice. It remains long and constantly evolves in the mouth.

Created in 1840, Chartreuse Verte was the first liqueur made from the original recipe of the Elixir Végétal de la Grande Chartreuse. Its popularity led Father Garnier, then responsible for the liqueurs, to officially rename it “Chartreuse Verte” and register the Chartreuse trademark in 1852. It is still produced today by the Chartreux Fathers at the Aiguenoire distillery in Entre-Deux-Guiers, Isère, France.

This Single Origin Rum blends a range of 100% tropical aged, Column Distilled rums from Mauritius, an Indian Ocean island nation about 850 Km east of Madagascar. In the warehouse of the distillery (Grays Inc. Ltd), all the rums are aged for a minimum of 7 years in Ex Cognac casks which give the rum subtle spicy notes. A select range of older rums in this blend are then finished for another three years in Port or Acacia casks adding sweet and fresh flavours. A rich, complex and spicy rum.
