Nose : Lemon zest, vanilla and distinct coastal influence give way to floral intensity, juicy peaches, pears, and wafts of rich spices. Palate : Bursts of tropical fruit and dried sultanas, warming smoke and waves of honey, malt, butterscotch and rich sweetness. Finish : Sherry-soaked fruit, cracked black pepper and sea salt. "Tamashii" is Soul  or Spirit in Japanese. Bottled by Mizunara for its 4th anniversary, matured in refill bourbon barrel. Subtle peat smoke, charcoal ash & earthy notes combined with sweet vanilla, honey, citrus and fresh tropical fruits like banana. Vanilla sweetness combined with a saltiness that finally gives way to peppery notes and spices such as cloves and hints of dark chocolate. Nice long and complex finish.

A limited release of 251 bottles worldwide with the label designed by a Japanese artist Kenro Shinchi. WhiskyFun rated 85 points (SGP 564) Extract "Mouth (neat): it’s really good, I’d almost call this ‘good thin peat’. Limoncello, oysters, ashes, riesling, mercurochrome ...With water: same, while the body got bigger rather than thinner once water’s been added. Comments: very good for sure, just rather ‘hesitating’."

The Loch Gorm 2019 Edition is a vatting of 20 oloroso sherry butts filled in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011. Layers of stewed plums, pears and tropical fruit have become more defined in the casks as they age, complimenting the bold, spicy and rich character of early releases, creating a beautiful marriage of Kilchoman and oloroso sherry cask maturation. Limited to 15,000 bottles worldwide.

Loch Gorm 2022 Edition was matured in oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega José y Miguel Martín for a minimum of 8 years.  The 22 casks selected are a combination of 20 fresh and 2 refill casks.  The sherry soaked oak adds layers of rich fruity character which balance beautifully with the classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavours.

This is the 12th Edition of the 100% Islay release and distilled from 2011 - 2013 barley harvests (from the fields next to the distillery) and then matured in Bourbon Barrels and Oloroso Sherry butts for at least 8 years. This is a vatting of 29 Bourbon Barrels & 6 Oloroso Sherry Butts with 12,500 bottles being released. Nose: Elegant, sweet peat smoke, citrus and honey, vanilla and salted caramel. Palate: Green fruits, apple, pear. Light spice, raisin and toffee. Finish: Peat smoke returns and remains on the palate, oily, creamy balanced with toffee and caramelised sugar. 

The 100% Islay release is usually peated at 20 ppm with the entire production "from Barley to Bottle" taking place at the distillery on Islay itself (which is quite unique).

Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve is a masterful blend of whiskies aged across the Hakushu range, resulting in a gently smoky dram infused with vibrant fruit nuances. This complex and deeply enjoyable whisky incorporates both lightly and heavily peated malts.

Nose: Notes of green apple, pear, mint, and a whisper of smoke. Palate: Flavors of citrus, melon, and honeydew, complemented by delicate herbs and a subtle smokiness. The experience culminates in a clean and invigorating finish.

The 2020 limited release uses a combination of Optic/Publican barley grown in the fields next to the Kilchoman Distillery in Rockside on Islay in 2007, 2009 and 2010. This unique Single Farm Single Malt is the only whisky in Scotland to be produced entirely on one farm, from barley to bottle. The barley was then malted onsite and peated using local Islay peat before being distilled, matured and eventually bottled all within the farm distillery’s premises. Matured for a minimum of 9 years, this vatting of 39 bourbon barrels and 2 oloroso sherry casks delivers an intense combination of floral sweetness, layers of rich fruity character and soft maritime peat smoke. Limited to 12,400 bottles.

Designed specifically for the discerning whisky enthusiast, this dram delivers a bold profile, with the elevated ABV serving to intensify the complex flavors while skillfully maintaining a balance of sweetness and smokiness. The result is a remarkable whisky that marries Kilchoman's signature natural peat smoke and vibrant citrus character with layers of dark fruits, rich spices, and a delightful salted caramel sweetness. Peat Level in 50 parts per million.

This is a Limited Edition of Machir Bay bottled at Cask Strength of 58.3% ABV using the same vatting recipe as the traditional Machir Bay bottling to appreciate the full power and character of Kilchoman's core range.

Nose: Opens with light, fruity notes influenced by our distillation. Being cask strngth, allows for intense waves of fresh green apple followed by candied tropical fruits. Lasting hints of dry, earthy peat smoke become the backbone for this  release. Palate: Noticeably power at cask strength allowing for a concentrated palate combining citrus notes of lemon and orange peel. As the whisky opens it reveals a dominant honeycomb-sweetness that makes way for a profile driven by milk chocolate, provided by a Bourbon-rich maturation. Finish: A slight cracking black pepper spice combined with nutmeg. The oily, rich texture of this whisky delivers an increasingly smoky influence. This unique Single Farm Single Malt is the only whisky in Scotland to be produced entirely on one farm, from barley to bottle. The barley was then malted onsite and peated using local Islay peat before being distilled, matured and eventually bottled all within the farm distillery’s premises. Limited to 12,000 bottles.

This 50 ppm Limited EDITION release has been fully matured in Fino Sherry Casks from Bodega Miguel Martin in Spain. This is a vatting of 11 fresh butts and 1 refill butt. 

Nose: fresh and floral with plenty of coastal influence. Seaside freshness gives way to tropical fruit, light citrus and malty sweetness. Palate: juicy tropical fruit and earthy peat smoke combined with spices, lemon zest and a creamy, malty sweetness. Finish: long and bold with gentle peat smoke, cashews and almonds with the dry saline influence of the fino coming forward. 10,500 bottles released worldwide with limited availability in Hong Kong. Not often you come across a fino matured whisky.

A limited release for 2022, the Kilchoman Casado (Portuguese for marriage) is matured in fresh bourbon barrels for 6 years before 38 casks were married together for 2 years in two 6,000 litre Portuguese red wine vats. 

Nose: Smoke comes first and balanced with ripe stone fruits: peach, plum and cherry. Palate: Pepper and spice at first taste. Dry, salty peat smoke with apricot and lemon. Finish: Long finish with spices, the cooked fruit notes bring a sweet-jam balanced with Kilchoman smoke.

Madeira is a fortified wine available in a range of dry to sweet styles. A full Madeira cask maturation is quite rare and brings a rich fruity character balanced with the citrus and floral creaminess of the Kilchoman distillate. Distilled in May 2016, matured for over 5+ years in 46 fresh Madeira hogsheads, before being bottled at 50% ABV in August 2021.  While originally planned for release in late 2021, a bottle shortage resulted in a delayed release/shipment to Hong Kong.( Officially released in March 2022 in the UK) 

Nose: Caramel, Orange peel, Ripe plums and Rich smoke. Palate: Bright citrus zest, peach, Dark chocolate with ripe fruits. Finish: Juicy fruits, some burnt sugar with smoke.
