4.Kilchoman Am Burach Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky,
A vatting of Bourbon, Sherry, and Port casks offering rich, sweet red fruits, creamy textures, and peat smoke. Limited to 10,550 bottles worldwide.

5.Springbank 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2009 for Duncan Taylor’s NC2 range, this single malt matured in oak casks for 12 years offers classic Springbank character.

6.Benromach 2009 Cask Strength Batch 2 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distilled in 2009 and bottled at cask strength in 2019, it offers an intense and rich profile with pronounced sherry notes, stewed fruits, beeswax polish, vanilla pods, and delicate smoke. This batch is matured primarily in first-fill sherry and bourbon casks, resulting in a complex, full-bodied whisky with a long, satisfying finish.

We estimate this to be a bottling from the late 1970s.

Given the date of the bottling, we expect a major component of this whisky to be Lagavulin.

This double oaked Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from Woodford Reserve delivers a rich, soft and sweet vanilla and caramel notes balanced with some oak. Matured in charred oak barrels first like the classic Woodford Reserve, this is then finished in a second oak barrel  (new heavily toasted, lightly charred barrel). An awarded Bourbon. Color: Deep Amber Nose: Rich notes of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan and toasted oak. Palate: A full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices. This unique kentucky straight malt whiskey has a soft, sweet, nutty character. Unlike a typical 100% malt whiskey, this whiskey is crafted from 51% malt and aged in new charred oak barrels, making it similar to bourbon and provides a new experience for bourbon drinkers. Color: Warm Umber Nose: Soft nutty notes drizzled with light caramel and milk chocolate coat a layer of fruit character (apple, dried fruit, tropical fruit). Hints of brown spice, savory mint and brown sugar mingle with a rich note of freshly milled toasted oak Palate: Dark chocolate and caramel coated nuts are dried out with a dusting of cocoa powder and brown spice. A fruit medley brightens a trace of toasted coconut and rich, bright oak character. Finish:  Nutty and subtly sweet chocolate malt notes.
