Siete Misterios Doba-Yej is crafted from Espadin agave, with "Doba-Yej" meaning Espadin in Zapotec. It's 100% natural and organic in origin, with flavors and aromas that are custom to the specific species of agave. This mezcal differs from Siete Misterios' other Espadin offerings, being the first made in a copper still instead of a clay pot.
