Coffee SHOCHU. Made by infusing Japanese Coffee (made from rare domestic coffee beans) combined with Brazilian and Columbian Coffee with Kome (Rice) Shochu. Freshly roasted coffee is roasted using an unique far-infrared technology at the peak of its aroma. Delicate and smooth aroma bringing through the flavours of coffee.

This is a special liqueur that allows you to experience the unique flavor and umami of Japanese coffee. We recommend mixing it with milk or to drink chilled or on the rocks.

This Kumquat Umeshu Shochu liqueur is a collaboration between Seikoba Kajuen (from Minami Satsuma City), which is a long-established orchard that grows citrus fruits for over three generations (100 years), and Higashi Shuzo, an Shochu distillery in Kagoshima with an equally long history. 

Made with Kumquat "Ougon Maru", which has been ripened and made into a mash, then soaked in Umeshu (which was originally made from Kome Shochu and Kishu Nanko Ume), this is an extremely refreshing drink with a fresh citrus aroma with almonds, a great balance of sweet and sour flavours reflecting the combination of Kumquat and Umeshu. Recommend to drink on the Rock or with Sparkling Water.

Organic Black Tea SHOCHU liqueur. Made by infusing organic black tea "Benifuki" from Tokunoshima island (Kagoshima) with Kome (Rice) Shochu. Delicate and smooth aroma bringing through the flavours of this special tea. Recommend to drink chilled, on the rocks or even adding some soda water or milk.

Hart Brothers, Donald & Alistair established their Independent Bottling business in 1964 and this bottling of Littlemill captures their "spirit of excellence" while selecting and bottling casks. Distilled in November 1988 and matured in a first fill port pipe cask, this is a very rare Littlemill which was bottled in February 2015.

Nose: Red fruits, strawberry, raspberry combining the fresh sweetness and sourness along with some citrus, oak spices, vanilla and dark caramel Palate: Dry sweetness with leathery tobacco and peppery spicy notes Finish: Dark Chocolate with presence of nuts, light pepper, sour fruits and a long warming finish.

A 1992 vintage malt from the closed distillery Littlemill, which closed in the 1990s. This whisky was matured in Cask #11 and bottled in 2013 at an impressive ABV of 54.5%.

Only 130 bottles were released from this Refill Hogshead matured Littlemill. Bottled at 50% under the Old Malt Cask series by Hunter Laing. An August 2013 bottling just after the split of the Independent Bottler Dounglas Laing amongst the two brothers Freddie and Stewart into Douglas Laing (Freddie) and Hunter Laing (Stewart) whereby the Old Malt Cask range was brought over to Hunter Laing. See the OMC bottling of Strathisla just prior to the split in 2013 under the Douglas Laing Co. Ltd.

Nose: sweet leafy orchard fruits slightly butter peppery Palate: sweet mellow spicy cinnamon apple skins Finish: long spicy with definite oaky note at the end.

Nose: Lots of wine flavour, fresh and bit smoky, some red fruit like cherry and floral nosing. Palate: Smooth and sweet red grapes and black fruit, oak flavour, nutty, cloves Finish: Long finish, smoky and tobacco with little sweet fruits in the background.

This Longrow 18 years is a limited edtion, and reportedly a vatting of 60% matured in refill sherry casks and 40% in bourbon casks, bottled in 2017 with 4500 bottles released. 

Nose: sweet fruits, vanilla, oak with smoke and maritime notes Palate: very creamy and oily mouth feel with grapefruits, passion fruit, caramel and more red fruits Finish: wonderful balance of salty smoke and subtle sweetness of some dark fruits perhaps coming from the refill sherry cask with a dry and long finish.

Nose: Subtle fruity mix of smoke and wood, a bit of peat, sea salt and seaweed Palate: Sweetness, honey and vanilla, along with some peppery notes and hint of peat Finish: Lingering peat and smoke.

Matured for 8 years in refill bourbon barrels and an additional 2 years in fresh Tokaji (Hungarian Sweet Wine) casks this 1995 vintage Longrow is part of the wood expressions released by the Distillery in 2005 with an outturn of 7440 bottles. Nose: Sweet mix of raisins, plums and caramel, a bit of peat and light smoke with tobacco Palate: Dry and full bodied with a creamy touch, full of the berries and raisins with some herbs and peat Finish: A long finish of berry jam and toffee apple with hints of spicy smoke at the end.

Please note that the condition of the box/packaging (there is a wear and tear given that the bottle was released in 2005). However, bottle and the seal is in good condition. Sold in "As Is" condition.
