Glenfarclas 1966 Fino Casks Collector Series I: Distilled on the 23rd September 1966 and bottled on 18th December 2013 from Fino Cask #'s 4194, 4195, and 4197. One of 1444, 50.5%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1956 Sherry Casks Collector Series II: Distilled on 1st June 1956, 5th June 1956, and 30th October 1956, bottled on 15th July 2014 from respective Sherry Cask #'s 1762, 1774 and 2356. One of 660, 47.5%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 50 Year Old Collector Series III: Bottled on 24th April 2015. One of 937, 41.1%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1981 Port Cask Collector Series IV: Distilled on 16th January 1981, bottled on 19th May 2016 from single Port Cask # 521. One of 521, 47.9%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1986 Refill Sherry Butts Collector Series V: Distilled on 26th September 1986, bottled on 19th May 2016 from Refill Sherry Butt #'s 3454 and 3457. One of 1094, 53.8%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1976 40 Year Old Collector Series VI: Distilled in 1976 and bottled on 19th May 2016. One of 1500, 43.7% 70cl. This last bottle has been signed by George Grant.

Nose: Plums with gingerbread and hints of toffee Palate: Honey, quite oily with spices such as cloves and cinnamon Finish: Warming ginger spice, lingering coffee beans and marzipan.

A marriage of whiskies distilled in the year of 1959 and 1960 representing the birth year of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson this was released in 1986. Rated 90+ on Whiskybase across 60+ votes.

Big sherry notes are quite obvious with muscovado, stewed apples, soft spice, juicy red fruits along with smoked meat. A chewy whisky with very long finish and salty undertones.

This 1978 Vintage Collection from the Highland Park Distillery was originally crafted exclusively for Global Travel Retail and bottled in 2011. Nose: Cedar wood, spicy cinnamon bark and camphor. Cloudy honey with hints of ripe melon and lemon peel. Palate: Rich and spicy. Sweet marinated stem ginger, toasted wood, and hints of jasmine. Finish: Long sweet with lingering spiciness. (Producer Tasting Notes). This bottling is a homage to the Vikings' love of travel presented in a beautiful oak box, with the image of an ornate dragon's head and which catpures the spirit of Viking craftsmanship.

The 100% Islay 11th Edition was distilled from 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011 barley (Optic & Publican) harvests before being matured in 26 bourbon barrels and 7 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 9 years. This unique Single Farm Single Malt is the only whisky in Scotland to be produced entirely on one farm, from barley to bottle. The barley was then malted onsite and peated using local Islay peat before being distilled, matured and eventually bottled all within the farm distillery’s premises. Limited to 12,000 bottles.
Awarded 95 Points at IWSC 2022 (Gold Medal Winner).

Matured exclusively in spanish oloroso sherry butts, this A'bunadh is the Batch 67 release from Aberlour. A'bunadh means "The Original" in Gaelic and is a respectful toast to the founder of Aberlour, James Fleming. Bottled at cask strength, this is an intensely rich sherried whisky. Aroma of spices, pralines, spiced oranges with a palate of black cherries, ginger and dark chocolate. The finish is long and balanced with hints of oak.
Usually a vatting of 5 - 25 year old Whiskies, the A'bunadh range is a highly awarded release from this distillery.

This is the 12th Edition of the 100% Islay release and distilled from 2011 - 2013 barley harvests (from the fields next to the distillery) and then matured in Bourbon Barrels and Oloroso Sherry butts for at least 8 years. This is a vatting of 29 Bourbon Barrels & 6 Oloroso Sherry Butts with 12,500 bottles being released. Nose: Elegant, sweet peat smoke, citrus and honey, vanilla and salted caramel. Palate: Green fruits, apple, pear. Light spice, raisin and toffee. Finish: Peat smoke returns and remains on the palate, oily, creamy balanced with toffee and caramelised sugar.
The 100% Islay release is usually peated at 20 ppm with the entire production "from Barley to Bottle" taking place at the distillery on Islay itself (which is quite unique).
