信州蒸溜所

信州蒸溜所於 1985 年在海拔 798 米的長野縣宮田小村莊開設。夏季濕度適中，水質優良，是威士忌生產的理想地點。

1990 年，日本經濟停滯不前，對威士忌的需求急劇下降。瑪氏作為該領域的相對年輕參與者，於 1992 年停產。到 2007 年，威士忌市場開始復蘇，信州瑪氏在中斷近兩年後於 2011 年恢復生產。

A discontinued "old dumpy" bottling of Komagatake Malt Whisky aged for 10 years, which has been finished in wine casks. This pure malt whisky has been aged for over a year in casks that previously held the highest grade red wine from the "Hosaka Hinokuni" brand of Mars Shinshu Distillery. The whisky features a calm sherry aroma with soft notes reminiscent of cherries and other red fruits.
