羽生

自 1626 年以來，Isouji Akuto 擁有幾代悠久的清酒釀造家族歷史，於 1941 年在埼玉縣東京西北部的羽生鎮成立了羽生酒廠（最終於 1946 年獲得酒類許可證）。然而，直到 1980 年，在購買了兩台傳統的日本製鍋式蒸餾器後，才開始生產單一麥芽威士忌。不幸的是，在那段時間需求主要偏向混合威士忌。因此，羽生酒於 2000 年停產，酒廠最終於 2004 年關閉。

A vatting of Chichibu, Hanyu and several other world whiskies vatted in a rather unique Ovum (egg) - shaped cask made from French Oak, shaped in the Charentes region by the Taransaud Company.  As we would expect, sweet wine notes, red berries with some spiciness on the nose and a palate which reminds us of fresh apples, caramel sweetness, mild spices and some light tannins. A medium long dry finish with some subtle chocolate bitterness.
