Kilchoman Batch Strength is a limited TOUR EDITION release that has been matured in a combination of re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts, and bourbon barrels. This expression has been bottled at a robust 57% ABV.

Designed specifically for the discerning whisky enthusiast, this dram delivers a bold profile, with the elevated ABV serving to intensify the complex flavors while skillfully maintaining a balance of sweetness and smokiness. The result is a remarkable whisky that marries Kilchoman's signature natural peat smoke and vibrant citrus character with layers of dark fruits, rich spices, and a delightful salted caramel sweetness. Peat Level in 50 parts per million.

A 12 years old bottling from Highland Park bottled during the 1990s in a dumpy styled bottle and a paper label. A rare bottle to find. This old bottling is a unique balance of subtle smokiness and heather-honey sweetness. Whisky writer Michael Jackson had commented about these old Highland Park 12 year olds as 'The greatest all-rounder in the world of malt whisky'. This has been bottled at 43%.

Made from the finest malted barley; dried over peat fires; steeped in the Island's prue spring waters and aged in oak cask for 12 long years and more.

Nose: Rich and mature fruit cake with raisin, cherry and sultana, developing into layers of liquorice, walnut fudge and ground coffee. Palate: Full-bodied sultana and malt loaf in balance with waxed plum, crescendoing to a lingering finish of black treacle, honey and walnut. (The Tasting Notes from distillery).

Edition Peated is the Fifth whisky in the Nagahama Amahagan World Malt series and the first in the series to feature a smoky, peaty flavor. Edition Peated won a silver medal in the Best International Blended Malt category at the 2022 WWA, demonstrating its market recognition.

Since its opening in 2016, the Nagahama Distillery has faced challenges due to limited production, unable to meet market demand on its own. Therefore, Nagahama has been actively seeking collaborations with other distilleries to create blended whiskies, leading to rapid advancements in its blending techniques. This whisky is made by blending Nagahama malt whisky with smoky malt whiskies from other regions, followed by further maturation in bourbon casks, resulting in a more complex flavor profile.

Nose: Medium smoky aroma with hints of green apple, creating a pleasantly languid fragrance. Palate: the beer is light and airy, with a sweet grapefruit aroma and a surprising touch of acidity. Finish: followed by subtle hints of mint and ginna.

This 1988 Vintage 35 Years Old from the Bunnahabhain Distillery is a special bottling by Whisky Antique (Silver Seal) from a Single Cask #1024. Matured in a Sherry Cask for 35 Years and bottled at 46.5% this release of 60 bottles has a special label designed by The East Asia Whisky Company under the Manta Ray Genesis Edition.

The label captures the silhouette of a majestic Manta Ray made visible by the dark emerald and frigid pink clouds that emanate from its dotted pattern radiating in the colors of the marine environment it inhabits.

Whisky Fun Extract: Colour: mahogany. Nose: this is more old-school than the House of Lords. Not talking about the Scotch whisky. Prunes, old cognac, dates, chocolate, figs, whiffs of moss and old pine wood, a few mushrooms and a little liquorice, plus a few roasted nuts, especially pecans. Mouth: we're deeply reminded of some old Speyside malts by G&M. Like pre-war, bottled in the 1970s and 1980s. It is a time machine! More bouillons, chocolate, pipe tobacco, liquorice, truffles, puréed chestnuts, pears poached in Sauternes, very old Sauternes, very old Malaga… It is definitely very 'antique'. I would love to watch young whisky enthusiasts tasting this whisky, or similar whiskies, for the very first time. It would undoubtedly be a real revelation, as they are becoming so rare. Finish: rather long, rather sublime to tell you the truth. Comments: as I sometimes say, we could spend hours sipping a magnum of each to try, and fail to decide which one, between the Kinship and the Silver Seal, is our favourite. "Sado - The Guest". This is a Single Cask (#129/2013) bottling exclusively for Mizunara, Hong Kong. Bottled in November 2020 with 254 bottles released, this has been matured in a fresh bourbon barrel for nearly seven years and then finished in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead for over ten months. A Nose of citrus fruits and raisins and a Palate of mixed fruits, salted caramel and dry spice with peat smoke at the back end, the Finish is long with rich fruits, lots of spices like cloves and cardamom along with dry smoke. 

This bottling represents a continuation of the story of SADO, from Mizunara's previous Single Cask bottling (767/2011 label focusing on the HOST) and this time around focuses on the GUEST, both of whom share mutual respect during a Japanese Tea Ceremony ("SADO"). The label for both the bottles were designed by Kenro Shinchi, an artist based out of Koshikishima Island in Kagoshima, Japan.

Amontillado is a dry sherry wine, darker than Fino and lighter than Oloroso and matures under a cap of flor and then exposed to the air for further oxidation. Toasted almonds and hazelnut are the classic aromas in Amontillado seasoned casks. Color: Rich auburn Nose: Very rich and fruity sweetness with notes of walnuts, almonds, some toffee and a touch of oak. Palate Soft sherry with a hint of caramel and a gentle finish of peppered nuts.

This is an original-release bottling of Laphroaig 18 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky. The expression was first introduced in 2009 as a replacement for the Laphroaig 15 Year Old and was discontinued around the end of 2016. It was relaunched in 2024 as a modern annual release.

Both the older and modern releases are bottled at 48% ABV and matured for 18 years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. However, the older release offers a more mature, malt-forward interpretation of Laphroaig 18 Year Old, with a softer and more rounded expression of Islay peat.

This 2009-era bottling displays a deep amber-gold colour and an oily, waxy, distinctly old-school malt character. On the nose, gentle Islay peat smoke mingles with vanilla, soft spice, wild heather and honeyed malt. Compared with the modern release, the peat is softer and less medicinal, allowing the malt and oak character to shine through. This makes the earlier bottling particularly appealing to collectors and enthusiasts seeking the discontinued style of Laphroaig 18 Year Old.
