Nose: golden apples, raisins and rich fig syrup with hints of roasted coffee beans. Appearance: Autumn gold. Palate: A gentle sweet sherried character progresses to caramelised apricots warmed by cracked black pepper. (Producer's Tasting notes).

The label features the Pica Serica, a symbol of good fortune and auspiciousness. In Chinese culture, these charming birds are seen as messengers of good news, embodying hope and blessings.

This lovely peat smoke whisky promises a unique and memorable tasting experience.

Color: Gold Nose: Vibrant aroma with sweet smoke, a subtle hint of ash alongside some toffee, zesty and buttery lemon tart Palate: A mix of some lightly smoked orchard fruits with hints of dried fruit, seaweed and spices. Add some water and caramel sweetness kicks  in with some barbecued honey bacon Finish: Some spices and subtle smoke at the back end.

Kilchoman 14 Year Old Ex-Sherry “20th Anniversary Cask Series” is a limited-edition, one of two 14-year expressions celebrating 20 years of Kilchoman distillery operations. It was distilled in 2011 and fully matured for 14 years in five first-fill ex-sherry butts (cask nos. 145, 146, 148, 149, and 150), imparting intense notes of dates, spices, and chocolate alongside Kilchoman’s signature coastal, peaty style. A total of 3,145 bottles were released worldwide, with approximately 20 ppm phenols.

Tasting Note: Nose: Fresh and spicy with bold BBQ smoke, black pepper, and rich dried fruits. Palate: Intense, with warming spices and dried dates on the palate. A touch dark chocolate and herbal liquorice balancing the spice. Finish: Long and full of flavour, with lingering sweet spices, rich BBQ meats and subtle integrated peat smoke. (From the Distillery)

This limited release has been matured for 13 years in a combination of bourbon barrels, octaves and calvados casks. It exudes an abundance of juicy fresh fruits, intense sweetness and waves of Islay maritime peat smoke.

According to the founder of Kilchoman, Anthony Wills “..... I’m excited to announce the release of another age statement Kilchoman: the 13-year-old.

The ex-Bourbon casks make up a large part of the vatting, lending that unmistakable Kilchoman character, while the addition of Calvados casks, which may surprise a few people, infuses vibrant green apple and fresh fruit notes into the mix."

Tasting Note: Nose: Fragrant and delicate with bursting notes of fresh pineapple, hibiscus and lemon sherbets. Palate: Herbaceous with undertones of dried apple granola, caramelised puffed wheat and buttered popcorn. Finish: Light and graceful with reminiscence of orchard fruits and zesty freshness. This is an early 1990s bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label, originally derived from the ultra‑rare “Johnnie Walker Oldest” blend that preceded the modern Blue Label expression. Blue Label is the ultimate luxury Scotch whisky, and supplies are limited by the rarity and expense of the whiskies used in the blend. Around 15 other mature and precious whiskies are added to balance Blue Label perfectly—“a blend that cannot be beat” (Alexander Walker, 1888). The label carries the Royal Warrant by Appointment to HM The Queen.

Color: Light beech darkening nicely with age. Nose: Peaty aroma, nice soft cooked fruits, Christmas cake. Palate: Cloves, butterscotch, soft citrus, mouth-filling and with a lasting sweetness. One of 2012's most hotly-anticipated releases, Ardbeg Galileo is made up from casks distilled in 1999, some of which spent their full term of maturation in casks that previously held Marsala wine, imparting sweet tropical fruit flavours to the mix. Galileo's concept celebrates the well-publicised experiment whereby small quantities of Ardbeg were sent into space at the end of 2011 to see how they mature in zero gravity.

About 15,000 bottles were reportedly released at an ABV of 49%.

Bottled at 53.5% ABV (cask strength) and limited to 230 bottles. The distillery is listed as “Pluscarden Valley” on the label—a name commonly understood to refer to Miltonduff.

Pluscarden Valley is a brand of Single Malt Scotch whisky produced at the Miltonduff distillery in Elgin, Moray in the Speyside region. Most bottlings being offered in the market are usually released by notable Italian independent bottlers such as Sestante and Silver Seal. Generally the whisky has fruity character, with an oily mouthfeel.

A limited edition release from single cask #94 whisky from Springbank Distillery. It was distilled in 1994 and matured for 30 years in a refill Oloroso sherry cask before bottling in 2025. Only 118 bottles were released.

The long aging created a balanced profile with floral notes, tropical fruits, and hints of lavender. These flavors blend with Springbank’s classic style, showing mineral and slightly salty notes. The cask also adds light smoke and touches of dark berries.

The bottle features a golden and silver engraving of an ancient dragon in a mosaic design. It is presented in an elegant box.
