Reportedly peated at about 24 ppm, this is the peated version of the flagship Indian single malt from Amrut Distillery. Nose: Sweet peat smoke, some bacon and hint of citrus Palate: Fruits and cereals, some toffee sweetness and subtle smoke Finish: Medium smoke with some black tea and some vanilla aftertaste.

This is Batch 3 released in June 2017 and is a vatting of whiskies distilled from scottish peated barley and matured in a bourbon cask #3189 filled in May 2012 and one port pipe cask #2715 filled in March 2012 and hence "Double Cask". Nose: rich honey, some floral notes along with a variety of fruits and some oak Palate: Tropical fruits with some lime and subtle spices Finish:  Fruity with delicate oak, cinnamon with a hint of pepper. 

This was a limited release of 1050 bottles.

A 2005 Vintage Single Cask #1926 special bottling from the GlenDronach distillery, matured for 13 years in a Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask for the Taiwan market and bottled at an impressive 57.3% ABV. Deep copper in color, and a nose of aromatic sandalwood, winter spice and creme caramel, the palate is full of sweet and mellow almonds, orange and walnut cream with lingering cocoa (Producer's Tasting notes). 705 bottles were released in 2019. This is an exclusive bottling for Taiwan.

Finished in "Orange "(Naarangi in Hindi) Sherry Casks. Amrut procured Oloroso Sherry in the Casks from Spain which were then infused with fresh orange peels for over two years after which the sherry was emptied and then filled with Amrut Single Malt for further maturation.  The noticeable citrus flavours alongside the traditional sherry notes make this Single Malt quite special.

Ballantine's Finest range of blended whiskies was then described as - “Ballantine’s Finest is the oldest recipe in the current range, created in 1910 by the Ballantine’s family. A Gordon & MacPhail bottling of this Speyside Distillery which has been matured for about 15 years. Historically, Glenburgie has been mainly included in blends in the Chivas Brothers portfolio such as Ballantine's and Teacher's. 

Subtle sherry aromas with butterscotch and spices. Smooth and sweet; stewed fruits, milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut on the finish. (Tasting Notes from G&M)

One of the oldest independent bottlers in Scotland, G&M derived its name from its two founders, James Gordon and John Alexander MacPhail and was originally established on 25 May 1895 as a grocery. The "Distillery Labels" are a series of bottlings that carry a distillery specific designed label licensed to G&M by the distillery itself.

Glansa is an adjective meaning shining storm-laden skies in Old Norse - a reference to the temperamental weather on the island. The original signature smooth fruity single malt aged in American Oak has been further rested in peated casks resulting in rich notes of warm heather honey, soft fruits giving way to a subtle smoky finish. (Tasting Notes from the Producer) For now it is the first peated release from this Orcadian distillery. This is from batch GL07 with 22 bottle release in total.

Matured for 16 years entirely only in ex-sherry casks, this 16 year bottling is called the "Distiller's Dram". Mortlach's unique and precise 2.81 times distillation technique which is 0.81 more than the usual Scotch standard has also given it the reputation as the "Beast of Dufftown". Intense, rich and spicy with hints of clove, nutmeg and dark berries leading to a lingering, surprisingly sweet yet dry finish (Tasting Notes from the Producer).

Oban Distillers Edition releases have won Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2008 and 2011. It also won International Wine and Spirit Competition Gold in 2002 and 2010 (Best in Class). In 2020, it won a third Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 year old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon Casks, then married and transferred into Madeira casks for a further 2 years of aging and maturation. Awarded ‘Best Irish Single Malt 2013’ and a rare 96 points from Whisky Advocate, dried fruit flavors balanced with spicy, aromatic maltiness, subtle nutty raisin notes, and a rich finish.

Laphroaig Cairdeas Feis Ile 2017 is matured in a Quarter Cask and bottled at Cask Strength. A Quarter Cask as the name implies is a smaller (quarter of the original Barrel) cask which results in increased contact bewteen whisky and wood and an active maturation and intense flavours. Nose:  A characteristic Laphroaig with minerals, peat smoke and oak spices balanced with subtle fruits Palate: Peat smoke with spices again with peppery notes and salty notes intertwines with malty sweetness Finish: a strong finish with hints of salty notes, green fruits and lingering sweetness.

This is the 2021 release of the popular Hazelburn 10 Years Old from Springbank. The first release in 2014 got 90 points in Whiskyfun.

Using Springbank's triple distilled unpeated spirit and matured in Bourbon cask for 10 years. Nose: minerals, pear, fresh honey and vanilla. Palate: Oily, citrus fruit and a fresh mouth feel Finish: Oily and chewy in medium length.
