Vinho Barrique Cask Strength series was awarded the title of World’s Best Single Malt Whisky in 2015. Fully matured in used American Oak wine barrels, it offers rich and fruity aromas with layers of vanilla, caramel, tropical fruits, and subtle hints of spice and oak. The influence of the wine cask adds a smooth and complex texture with a gentle sweetness.
Tasting Notes from Distillery: Color: Deep autumn gold. Nose: A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars. Ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate blend of citrus fruits burst. Palate: The taste ends with clean and complex flavours embodying all that is best in the finest malt whiskies and a long aftertaste.
Kavalan Solist Vinho is aged in the finest slow grown white oak which is air seasoned for two years. After soaking with some of the world's best wines the casks are hand crafted with a specially developed toasting and charring process in the distillery's own cooperage to bring out the flavours that characterise this fine whisky. Kavalan Solist Vinho is a perfect example of technology and art blended together in perfect harmony.

This IPA CASK FINISH Single Malt Whisky from the Asaka Distillery has been primarily aged in first fill bourbon barrels and then finished in Imperial IPA casks from HOPJAPAN, a brewery in Miyakoji-machi located near the Distillery.
Bottled in limited numbers as a Non Chill filtered and in Natural color, this Single Malt Whisky has a nose of citrus peels and cinnamon like spices with a complex palate balanced by the vanilla and honey sweetness of the Bourbon Casks and the freshness that is characteristic of hops with hints of dark chocolate at the back.
Released in Oct 2023, there were only 538 bottles. A silver medal award-winning in the 2024 Tokyo Whisky and Spirits Competition.

This beautifully whisky is non-chill-filtered with natural color and layered with Asaka's signature notes of bright citrus and subtle sweetness, elegantly enhanced by the influence of the red wine casks. Limited Release with only 1,316 bottles available worldwide.

Named after a town on the east coast of India (called Portonova, located on the east coast of India in the Southern State of Tamil Nadu and was co-incidentally also under Portugese control between the 16th and 18th century), this un-peated single malt whisky has been matured in new American oak and ex-bourbon casks before being transferred to once-used port pipes especially imported from Portugal and finally back to ex-bourbon casks. Matured exclusively in spanish oloroso sherry butts, this A'bunadh is the Batch 67 release from Aberlour. A'bunadh means "The Original" in Gaelic and is a respectful toast to the founder of Aberlour, James Fleming. Bottled at cask strength, this is an intensely rich sherried whisky. Aroma of spices, pralines, spiced oranges with a palate of black cherries, ginger and dark chocolate. The finish is long and balanced with hints of oak.

"Artist Edition #003" is a lightly peated (around 18 ppm) whisky and is the third release in the Artist Series from the Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima, Japan. It has been matured in a variety of casks (bourbon, re-charred ex shochu, sherry, and red wine) which has then been finished in Ex-Kokuto (Brown Sugar) Shochu casks from Amami Oshima Islands of Kagoshima.

The Artist Edition series from Kanosuke pays homage to the Five Elements that are an integral part of Japanese philosophy: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. The Edition #001 (Artist Mariko Hirasawa/Wood) and Edition #002 (Artist Yuna Yagi/Fire) were the previous releases.
For Artist #003 the label captures the diversity of Kagoshima through the theme of "earth" and has been designed by Mr. Yukihito Kanai, a second generation dyer of "Kanai Kougei" (which dyes natural colors such as mud dyeing of Oshima Tsumugi, an ancient dye of Amami-Oshima). He drew inspiration from his visit to Kanosuke Distillery and the artwork features Fukiage Beach (close to the Distillery) as its motif.
