Talisker Distillery 是斯凱島最古老的釀酒廠之一，坐落在 Loch Harport Carbost 湖畔，享有蘇格蘭 Cuillins 的壯麗景色。生產甜美、醇厚的單一麥芽威士忌。

該酒廠由 Hugh 和 Kenneth MacAskill 於 1830 年創立。所有的蒸餾器都使用蠕蟲桶（冷凝盤管）而不是現代冷凝器，據信這可以使威士忌具有“更濃郁”的味道。在此早期，威士忌採用三次蒸餾法生產，但在 1928 年改為更傳統的二次蒸餾法。Talisker 於 1925 年被 Distillery Company 收購，現在是 Diageo 的一部分。
