Bottled around 2010, Springbank C.V.  (meant to imply the Chairman's Vat or a cask kept in the Chairman's  room for sharing with friends) is supposedly a vatting of 7, 10 and 14 years old whisky from different casks (bourbon, sherry and port wine), all specially selected by Director of Production Frank McHardy and Distillery Manager Stuart Robertson.

First distilled in 1973, Longrow is the double distilled, heavily peated style Single Malt from the Springbank Distillery. Longrow 1994 vintage is reportedly matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. She was originally US destroyer USS Buchanan, and, like many other obsolescent U.S. Navy destroyers, she was transferred to the Royal Navy in 1940 as part of the Destroyers for Bases Agreement.
