阿德莫爾高地單一麥芽蘇格蘭威士忌

雅墨（Ardmore）釀酒廠是一間單一麥芽蘇格蘭威士忌釀酒廠，位於蘇格蘭高地亞伯丁郡的肯尼思蒙特（Kennethmont）。它由亞當．帝徹（Adam Teacher）於 1898 年創立，最初是為了供應帝徹（Teacher’s）調和蘇格蘭威士忌的基酒而設立，至今仍是其重要組成部分。雅墨是倒數第二間仍使用燃煤加熱蒸餾器的釀酒廠，這個工藝造就了其獨特風味，直到 2001 年改用蒸汽加熱。雅墨以其帶有中度泥煤和木煙風味的高地威士忌風格而聞名，有別於許多其他高地釀酒廠。該釀酒廠現為三得利全球烈酒（Suntory Global Spirits）所有。

"Tamashii" is Soul  or Spirit in Japanese. Bottled by Mizunara for its 4th anniversary, matured in refill bourbon barrel. Subtle peat smoke, charcoal ash & earthy notes combined with sweet vanilla, honey, citrus and fresh tropical fruits like banana. Vanilla sweetness combined with a saltiness that finally gives way to peppery notes and spices such as cloves and hints of dark chocolate. Nice long and complex finish.
