Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is one of the peatiest and most complex whiskies globally. It balances intense peat with the natural sweetness of malt. Awarded World Whisky of the Year in 2008, it has a light gold color and aromas of smoky fruit, zesty lemon and lime, and waxy dark chocolate. On the palate, it offers crackling peat, tangy citrus, black pepper, and cinnamon-spiced toffee, alongside briny notes of buttermilk, ripe bananas, and currants. The finish is long and rich, featuring dry espresso, liquorice root, and tarry smoke.

This bottling is the sixth one of the series and comes in a black box adorned with a metal coin featuring the portrait of George S Grant. Distilled in 1976 (the birth year of George S Grant) and bottled on 19th May 2016.
This bottle has been signed by George Grant, the sixth generation of the Grant Family who has been at the helm of Glenfarclas since 2000.

A Private bottling of Springbank for HMS Campbeltown. HMS Campbeltown was a Town-class destroyer of the Royal Navy during the Second World War. She was originally US destroyer USS Buchanan, and, like many other obsolescent U.S. Navy destroyers, she was transferred to the Royal Navy in 1940 as part of the Destroyers for Bases Agreement.
