The Shinshu Mars Distillery, which halted production in 1992 and resumed in 2011, released a rare single cask whisky distilled in 1991. Matured in sherry cask #157 and bottled in 2015 by Whisky Talk Fukuoka, only 375 bottles were made. Rated 90+ on Whiskybase over 7 Reviews. 

Tasting Notes: Nose: Rich aromas of dried fruits, dark chocolate, spices, subtle oak, and nuttiness. Palate: Full-bodied with layers of dried figs, sherry sweetness, spices, toffee, leather, and dark berries. Finish: Long and warming, featuring lingering sweetness, gentle spiciness, and notes of dried fruit and oak, reflecting its age and quality.
