A limited release of 2021 and part of the Tsukuriwake selection, this Hakushu bottling has been matured in Spanish Oak. Only 300 bottles were made available in Japan followed by an undisclosed number for worldwide markets. Nose: Cacao, Manuka Honey, Dark Chocolate. Most of the malt in this bottling reportedly came from the Yamazaki Distillery combined with grain whisky.
