Layers of dried fruits and rich spices infuse the whisky, balancing beautifully with Kilchoman’s signature citrus sweetness and peat smoke. This release showcases the distillery’s fully Islay-grown, malted, and bottled philosophy with sherry-driven depth.

Loch Gorm is the name given to the annually released sherry cask matured limited edition from Kilchoman. The loch, murky and peaty in colour, reflects the dark copper tones of the sherry matured Loch Gorm release. As the only release in the Kilchoman range to be fully matured in sherry casks, Loch Gorm has always attracted special attention from whisky fans, especially given that just 15,500 bottles have been released. The 2020 edition, is made up of 21 oloroso sherry butts filled in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011. A beautiful combination of peat smoke, citrus sweetness and the rich influence of the oloroso sherry casks.

This bottling is the second one of the series and comes in a black box adorned with a metal coin featuring the portrait of George Grant (1830-1890). Distilled on 1st June 1956, 5th June 1956, and 30th October 1956, bottled on 15th July 2014 from respective Sherry Cask #'s 1762, 1774 and 2356. The Macallan Speymalt series is matured in first-fill Sherry hogshead casks, carefully selected by Gordon & Macphail. This expression, distilled in 2004 at The Macallan distillery, was aged for 20 years in these premium casks. Bottled at cask strength in 2024, it is a Hong Kong exclusive with limited of 320 bottles.

It offers vibrant aromas of Seville orange zest, mixed nuts, and rich fudge. The palate unfolds with dark chocolate, berry compote, and a hint of white pepper, finishing with lingering notes of aniseed and mature oak.

Distilled in 1992 (or earlier) and matured for 18 years in traditional sherry oak casks at 43% ABV. This whisky is valued for its complexity and depth, with aromas of intense sherry, oak, and dried fruits. On the palate, it offers rich, balanced flavors with notes of dried fruit, honey, chocolate, and subtle spices, followed by a long, delicate finish. 

This whisky come with an elegant special wooden box to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Shinsegae, a prominent retailer in Korea.
