Released by the family owned Glenfarclas Distillery, this Collector Series comprise, six extremely exclusive Whiskies, each representing one of six generations of the Grant Family which has continued to own the Distillery. This bottling is the second one of the series and comes in a black box adorned with a metal coin featuring the portrait of George Grant (1830-1890). Distilled on 1st June 1956, 5th June 1956, and 30th October 1956, bottled on 15th July 2014 from respective Sherry Cask #'s 1762, 1774 and 2356. Blackadder Benrinnes 14 Year Old single cask single malt Scotch whisky from the Benrinnes distillery, independently bottled by Blackadder to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Distilled in 2010 and bottled in January 2025 after 14 years maturation in a first-fill Amontillado hogshead (cask #303522), it highlights Benrinnes’ robust, meaty style enriched by nutty, oxidative sherry notes.

As part of Blackadder’s Raw Cask series, it is presented at natural cask strength of 55.7% ABV—unchill-filtered, uncolored, with natural cask sediments for an oily, intensely authentic profile. Total of 238 bottles released.

Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength 2025 is a limited-edition, higher-proof version of Machir Bay Islay single malt. It is bottled at full cask strength rather than the regular 46% ABV, designed to deliver more intense coastal peat smoke. 

Kilchoman Founder Anthony Wills wrote: “One of my favourite whiskies we have released, it has everything I love about Kilchoman spirit, with a little extra punch. There will be a lot of happy Kilchoman fans seeing the Machir Bay Cask Strength back on shelves.” 

Tasting Notes
Nose: The nose is bold and smoky, with sweet vanilla and caramel from the bourbon barrels, layered with citrus and tropical fruit, and hints of floral and mineral complexity.
Palate: On the palate, it is full-bodied and warming, with creamy malt sweetness balancing maritime peat smoke, fresh and candied citrus, toffee, and subtle spice.
Finish: This finish is long and lingering, with smoke gradually giving way to vanilla, toasted coconut, and a soft saline note. (From the Distillery)

This limited edition distilled in 2008 or 2009 and matured in five first-fill ex-sherry casks (Casks Nos. 644 & 670/2008, 16,444 & 513/2009). A total of 3,153 bottles were released worldwide.

Tasting Note: Nose: Soft with a peppery spice, rich sherry sweetness, and a hint of salty, briny notes. Palate: Rounded and rich in character, with a peppery kick, sherry soaked dark fruits, and a gentle smokiness bringing a savoury, briny character. Finish: Viscous and warming, with rich fruits, salty dark chocolate, and a lasting balance of sweetness and smoke. (From the Distillery)

Kilchoman 14 Year Old Ex-Sherry “20th Anniversary Cask Series” is a limited-edition, one of two 14-year expressions celebrating 20 years of Kilchoman distillery operations. It was distilled in 2011 and fully matured for 14 years in five first-fill ex-sherry butts (cask nos. 145, 146, 148, 149, and 150), imparting intense notes of dates, spices, and chocolate alongside Kilchoman’s signature coastal, peaty style. A total of 3,145 bottles were released worldwide, with approximately 20 ppm phenols.

Tasting Note: Nose: Fresh and spicy with bold BBQ smoke, black pepper, and rich dried fruits. Palate: Intense, with warming spices and dried dates on the palate. A touch dark chocolate and herbal liquorice balancing the spice. Finish: Long and full of flavour, with lingering sweet spices, rich BBQ meats and subtle integrated peat smoke. (From the Distillery)

The sixth batch of Single Malt whisky from Nagahama Distillery features a base of Mizunara oak-aged spirits. Besides showcasing the unique oriental character of Mizunara oak, it also emphasizes the balance between the woody aromas and other flavors.

Nagahama used two distinctly different Mizunara oak cask spirits in the blend:

-First Fill Mizunara oak spirit distilled in 2020, exhibiting strong woody and spicy aromas.
-Second Fill Mizunara oak spirit distilled in the same year, contributing fruity aromas of fresh orange and white peach.

To enrich the flavor profile, Nagahama also added spirits matured in bourbon and Islay Quarter Casks, giving the whisky a touch of sweet tartness and a subtle smokiness. A total of 3,968 bottles were bottled.

Nose:  Woody aroma of Japanese furniture, complemented by the tartness of citrus, the sweetness of toffee, and a light smoky note – quite pleasant. Palate: Medium-bodied, with fruity notes and a sweet-bitter caramel flavor behind the smokiness. Finish: Long smoky woody finish.

GlenAllachie is currently one of Scotland's few independent distilleries, led by iconic Master Distiller Billy Walker. This 12 years release is a vatting of whiskies matured in a variety of casks including PX, Oloroso, Virgin Oak and bottled at natural colour, non chill filtered at a strength of 46%. 

Nose: Layers of orange zest, heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, with notes of mocha lingering in the background. Taste: Bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damsons, followed by lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates. Originally launched in 2016 as a regular release within the Kavalan range, the Sherry Oak release uses the same Oloroso sherry casks used to mature the Solist Sherry expressions except that this has been bottled at 46% strength. Essentially a 46% version of the Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry release to be enjoyed straight up/neat. Dried fruits, nuts and raisins are the mainstay of this release.

A new addition to the Dalmore range, this is a different release than the usual 12 Year old from Dalmore. Matured in ex-bourbon casks for about ten years and further "finished" for about 24 months in a combination of American & European casks from 3 different Andalucian cooperages (Tevasa, Vasyma, Paez) bringing together the influence of a variety of Sherry including Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. Nose: Caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas, laced with honey Palate: Dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon Finish: Sweet mango, pannacotta and lemon sponge cake (Tasting Notes from the Producer)

Matured for 12 years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, this 12 year bottling is named after the smallest of their six copper stills, named "The Wee Witchie".

Mortlach's unique and precise 2.81 times distillation technique which is 0.81 more than the usual Scotch standard has also given it the reputation as the "Beast of Dufftown". Soft and rounded with apples on the nose, the taste is sweet sherry, toffee and spice like cinnamon and ginger. A lingering finish with sweet and warm spice.
