This is a 2012 Vintage Chichibu Whisky bottled in 2017 after being matured in a White Wine Single Cask (#2280). An exclusive bottling for Takashimaya.

Glenfarclas 50 Year Old Collector Series III: Bottled on 24th April 2015. One of 937, 41.1%, 70cl.  Glenfarclas 1981 Port Cask Collector Series IV: Distilled on 16th January 1981, bottled on 19th May 2016 from single Port Cask # 521. One of 521, 47.9%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1986 Refill Sherry Butts Collector Series V: Distilled on 26th September 1986, bottled on 19th May 2016 from Refill Sherry Butt #'s 3454 and 3457. One of 1094, 53.8%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1976 40 Year Old Collector Series VI: Distilled in 1976 and bottled on 19th May 2016. One of 1500, 43.7% 70cl. This last bottle has been signed by George Grant.

This bottling is the sixth one of the series and comes in a black box adorned with a metal coin featuring the portrait of George S Grant. Distilled in 1976 (the birth year of George S Grant) and bottled on 19th May 2016. 

This bottle has been signed by George Grant, the sixth generation of the Grant Family who has been at the helm of Glenfarclas since 2000. 

Only 1500 bottles were released. Rated 92+ on Whisky base (by over 25 reviewers).

This bottling is the first one of the series and comes in a black box adorned with a silver coin featuring the portrait of John Grant (1805-1889), who purchased the distillery on 8th June 1865. Distilled on the 23rd September 1966 and bottled on 18th December 2013 from Fino Cask #'s 4194, 4195, and 4197. A total of 1444 bottles were released. Rated 92+ on Whiskybase (by over 100 reviewers). Available only as a part of a FULL SET HERE.

An old presentation (released around 2013) bottle of "The Balvenie 30 Year Old", crafted by malt master David Stewart by vatting Whisky matured in traditional and European oak casks. In our opinion this is indeed a masterpiece and showcases the skills of the malt master in creating a beautifully balanced and impressive aged whisky bottled at a higher ABV of 47.3%. Rich dark chocolate, hints of plum, marzipan and caramelized pear.

This series has been a Gold Medal winner at the 2004 IWSC and the 2013 release won a Gold Outstanding at the IWSC and Best Speyside Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2013.

Closed in 1983, Port Ellen has since become a highly collectible whisky and one with a great fan following. Distilled in 1982 (just prior to be closed), this is a rare magnum (1.5 litre) release by Silver Seal bottled in 2004. Only 60 such bottles were released.

A Gordon & MacPhail bottling of this Speyside Distillery which has been matured for 40+ years. Historically, Glenburgie has been mainly included in blends such as Ballantine's and Teacher's and older bottlings as a single malt are rare.

This 1978 Vintage Collection from the Highland Park Distillery was originally crafted exclusively for Global Travel Retail and bottled in 2011. Nose: Cedar wood, spicy cinnamon bark and camphor. Cloudy honey with hints of ripe melon and lemon peel. Palate: Rich and spicy. Sweet marinated stem ginger, toasted wood, and hints of jasmine. Finish: Long sweet with lingering spiciness. (Producer Tasting Notes). This bottling is a homage to the Vikings' love of travel presented in a beautiful oak box, with the image of an ornate dragon's head and which catpures the spirit of Viking craftsmanship.

A limited release of 2021 and part of the Tsukuriwake selection, this Hakushu bottling has been matured in Spanish Oak. Only 300 bottles were made available in Japan followed by an undisclosed number for worldwide markets. Nose: Cacao, Manuka Honey, Dark Chocolate. Palate: Soft sweetness interlaced with a hint of drak chocolate bitterness. Finish: smooth and again some dark chocolate notes.
