Made from Sweet Potato and Black Rice Malt. Crisp and dry with a beautiful mouthfeel, combining the sweetness from sweet potato and the floral softness from the Kome (rice). Made with a variety of sweet potato combined with special breed of rice from the SAMURAI ERA. From 7g of rice seeds, it’s bred for the first time after 154 years.
