Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry is a classic French dry vermouth known for its light, fresh, and clean profile. Produced in the Alpine region of Chambéry since 1821, Dolin Dry is made from a delicate Ugni Blanc wine base infused with more than 30 Alpine herbs, including absinthe, brooklime, verbena, and orange bark. The vermouth is famous for its subtle and complex aromas of bright citrus, menthol, piney herbs, almond, and balsamic notes.

The palate is crisp and elegant with a slightly sweet (≤ 4% sugar) and herbal character featuring flavors of lemon zest, green apple, white grape, thyme, sage, and white pepper. It finishes clean, medium-long, and slightly dry with soft nutty and chalky mineral undertones. Dolin Dry Vermouth holds France’s only protected designation of origin (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) for vermouth, awarded in 1932.

Dolin Dry is highly regarded by bartenders as a top-quality vermouth for classic cocktails like the Martini, Gibson, and Bamboo, and it is also enjoyed neat or on the rocks as a refreshing aperitif. Chartreuse Verte is a bold French herbal liqueur crafted from a secret blend of 130 botanicals, including plants, flowers, barks, roots, and spices. It delivers a complex profile of fresh, spicy, and aromatic notes, with a vibrant natural green color and a rich character that makes it ideal for sipping or cocktails.

Created in 1840, Chartreuse Verte was the first liqueur made from the original recipe of the Elixir Végétal de la Grande Chartreuse. Its popularity led Father Garnier, then responsible for the liqueurs, to officially rename it “Chartreuse Verte” and register the Chartreuse trademark in 1852. It is still produced today by the Chartreux Fathers at the Aiguenoire distillery in Entre-Deux-Guiers, Isère, France.

Embodying the spirit of Blackadder’s Raw Cask series, this release remains unfiltered to preserve the natural cask sediments for maximum authenticity. Bottled at a powerful cask strength of 63.6% ABV, it is non-chill-filtered, uncoloured, and retains natural cask particles for a richly oily texture.
