Originally launched during the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival in 2010, this is different than the current "Warehouse Version" (in red box). Now discontinued and bottled at a higher ABV of 46% vs current bottling strength of 43%. Rich in fruits and wonderfully aged for 40 years in Sherry Casks. Malt Maniacs Awards 2010 Gold Medal and rated 91 points by Whiskyfun.

This Glenfiddich 30 Years was awarded Gold Medal Best in Class winner at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2007. Distilled over a generation ago and maturated for over three decades in specially selected casks, has produced a finest Scotch single malt whisky with complex taste and fragrant aromas. This bottling is likely from the 2008 (or prior) release before it was re-launched in a dumpier bottle from 2010 onwards.
