Chartreuse Verte is a bold French herbal liqueur crafted from a secret blend of 130 botanicals, including plants, flowers, barks, roots, and spices. It delivers a complex profile of fresh, spicy, and aromatic notes, with a vibrant natural green color and a rich character that makes it ideal for sipping or cocktails.

Created in 1840, Chartreuse Verte was the first liqueur made from the original recipe of the Elixir Végétal de la Grande Chartreuse. Its popularity led Father Garnier, then responsible for the liqueurs, to officially rename it “Chartreuse Verte” and register the Chartreuse trademark in 1852. It is still produced today by the Chartreux Fathers at the Aiguenoire distillery in Entre-Deux-Guiers, Isère, France.

Tochikurige MIZUNARA Barley Honkaku Shochu is made from two-row barley grown in Kyushu. This limited edition is matured in Mizunara barrels, developing a distinctive aroma that sets it apart from shochu aged in French or American oak. Its gentle fragrance evokes notes of pear and vanilla, with a smooth, mild finish. Best enjoyed straight or on the rocks.

A rare vintage bottling from 1959 aged for an incredible 63 years in first-fill sherry cask #3665 that is increasingly difficult to find, with highly regarded scores of 92+ on Whiskybase and 93/5 Stars on WhiskyFun.

The third release in Gordon & MacPhail’s historic rare whisky series pays tribute to George Urquhart, second-generation member of the family behind Gordon & MacPhail. Distilled on 15 October 1959 and matured for 63 years in first-fill sherry cask #3665, it was bottled on 2 November 2022 at natural cask strength, 56.5% ABV, with only 368 bottles released.

Mr George, regarded as the “father of single malt” by renowned whisky writer Charlie MacLean began working with the business in 1933 and later created the iconic Connoisseurs Choice in 1968 to shine the spotlight on single malt whiskies that mostly ended up in blend, including his personal favourite, Glen Grant.

A highly collectible 1960s Aberlour-Glenlivet in the classic square bottle format at 750ml. Distilled in 1965 at Aberlour Glenlivet Distillery and bottled by Campbell's Distillery Ltd. for importer Rinaldi.

The label is notable for its “Over 8 Years Old” age statement, a style associated with historic export bottlings, while the 1965 vintage places it among the more desirable post-war Aberlour releases. The bottle retains the original tax seal on the capsule from Rinaldi imports.

Of particular interest is "Unblended All Malt" description, a vintage marketing term indicating a whisky is exclusively from 100% malted barley and drawn from a single distillery, without being blended with grain whisky, before modern terminology such as “single malt” became standard. 

This old Speyside malt carries the hallmarks of a bygone era and remains a desirable release among collectors seeking early distillery bottlings with strong visual appeal and historic significance.

Please note that fill level at top-shoulder, the capsule seal is slightly torn and the Label is bin-soiled. No box. Sold in "As Is" condition.

A highly sought-after and rare vintage Bowmore from the well-known Italian bottler Moon Import’s iconic “The Birds” series, distilled in 1980 and bottled in 1990. Matured in oak cask and limited to 600 bottles at 750ml. Bottle number for reference only. The distinctive label was designed by the legendary Silvano Samaroli. 

Highly rated on Whiskybase, with scores of 90+.

Please note that the label shows light scuffing and staining. The lip label shows a tear. The box is also stained, and a label has been taped onto the box. Sold in "As Is" condition. .

Mozart Dark is the richest and most intense expression in the Mozart range, built around a deep, bittersweet cocoa profile. Crafted in Austria, this chocolate liqueur is made with sugar cane spirit and a chocolate macerate containing 87% pure cocoa at 17% ABV, delivering a bold and complex character that will appeal to lovers of darker chocolate.
A touch of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and a hint of caramel help round out the richness, while a subtle smoky note adds extra depth.

It works especially well in creamy cocktails or dessert-style drinks, but is just as enjoyable on its own if you prefer chocolate on the darker side.

Blackadder Inchgower 20 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky was independently bottled by Blackadder as Raw Cask Statement Edition No. 12 to celebrate the company’s 20th anniversary. Distilled in July 1995 and bottled in September 2015 after 20 years in a single sherry butt, it was released at 57.6% ABV (cask strength) without chill filtration or without addition of any colouring. The Raw Cask series also tends to have natural cask sediment since the whisky is not heavily filtered. 582 bottles were produced. Bottle number for reference only.

The sherry maturation adds an old-school depth to Inchgower’s salty, maritime character. Rated highly on Whiskybase at +87.

Distilled in May 1990 and bottled in May 2021 after 31 years of maturation in a single cask, it was released at cask strength without chill filtration or without addition of any colouring. The Raw Cask series also tends to have natural cask sediment since the whisky is not heavily filtered.
