This Caol Ila Whisky distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022, is matured in a single cask #4079 and bottled at a Natural Cask Strength of 54.1% ABV. Only 255 bottles were released. Nose: A burst of peat smoke, earthy notes, salty seaweed, dried meat, honey syrup at the back, roasty, and dried plum sweetness at the back. Taste: Dried fruit sweetness with salted cararmel, grassy notes, and peat smoke. Finish: A warming finish with dark chocolate.

This is a Limited Edition of Machir Bay bottled at Cask Strength of 58.3% ABV using the same vatting recipe as the traditional Machir Bay bottling to appreciate the full power and character of Kilchoman's core range.

Nose: Opens with light, fruity notes influenced by our distillation. Being cask strngth, allows for intense waves of fresh green apple followed by candied tropical fruits. Lasting hints of dry, earthy peat smoke become the backbone for this  release. Palate: Noticeably power at cask strength allowing for a concentrated palate combining citrus notes of lemon and orange peel. As the whisky opens it reveals a dominant honeycomb-sweetness that makes way for a profile driven by milk chocolate, provided by a Bourbon-rich maturation. Finish: A slight cracking black pepper spice combined with nutmeg. The oily, rich texture of this whisky delivers an increasingly smoky influence. Overall, a unique balance of heavily peated malt, slow distillation, and oak character. (Tasting Noted form Distillery)

Kanosuke Distillery located on the picturesque shores of Fukiagehama beach in Kagoshima was established in 2017 and started its operations in 2018. Owned by Komasa Jyozo one of the Shochu producers in Japan, this is the first Single Malt released by this new distillery. Unpeated malt distilled using all 3 of their pot stills and aged in a variety of oak barrels (re-charred American white oak ex-“Mellowed Kozuru” aged shochu casks being the main component of casks used) for about 3 years with about 15,000 bottles being released at a cask strength ABV of 58%. Color: Amber Nose: Very present Oak notes along with some sweet lime, orange marmlade, toffee and an overlay of smoke Palate:  Woody, vanilla, cinnamon along with some spiciness Finish: Bitter sweetness of chocolate-covered candied orange peel and some dryness.

Awarded 91 Points, Silver Medal IWSC 2022.

Hart Brothers, Donald & Alistair established their Independent Bottling business in 1964 and this bottling of Littlemill captures their "spirit of excellence" while selecting and bottling casks. Distilled in November 1988 and matured in a first fill port pipe cask, this is a very rare Littlemill which was bottled in February 2015.

Nose: Red fruits, strawberry, raspberry combining the fresh sweetness and sourness along with some citrus, oak spices, vanilla and dark caramel Palate: Dry sweetness with leathery tobacco and peppery spicy notes Finish: Dark Chocolate with presence of nuts, light pepper, sour fruits and a long warming finish.

A commemorative bottling for the 30th anniversary collection of Silver Seal. Distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2010, this special bottling by Silver Seal offers rich, fruity, and earthy flavours together with some notes of orange and toffee. A high quality bottle which Scored 5 stars (90 points) on Whiskyfun. Only 227 bottles were release. Bottle no. 200 of 227. 

Silver Seal was founded by Ernesto Mainardi in 2000, which was his second bottling company after the esteemed Sestante established in 1979. Both companies were sold to Massimo Righi, proprietor of Whisky Antique, in 2010.

Matured exclusively in spanish oloroso sherry butts, this A'bunadh is the Batch 67 release from Aberlour. A'bunadh means "The Original" in Gaelic and is a respectful toast to the founder of Aberlour, James Fleming. Bottled at cask strength, this is an intensely rich sherried whisky. Aroma of spices, pralines, spiced oranges with a palate of black cherries, ginger and dark chocolate. The finish is long and balanced with hints of oak.

Usually a vatting of 5 - 25 year old Whiskies, the A'bunadh range is a highly awarded release from this distillery.

The label has been designed by Artist Kenro Shinchi of Koshikishima island in Kagoshima, Japan to capture the art of Sado. Nose: Mixed fruits, liquorice, citrus and sweet smoke Palate: Orange, spice and christmas cake, with warmest peat smoke and dark chocolate Finish: long with lingering sweet smoke and cooked fruits. Limited to 267 bottles. Rated 4.5 Stars by Whisky Fun (88 Points) .

Heavily peated malt in a Bourbon barrel. Color: Light gold Nose: Dive your nose into the glass expecting heaps of smoke and you will be pleasantly surprised with a vanilla, malty nose. Add some water...smoke smoke smoke. Don't forget to nose this whisky even after you have finished the whisky in the glass. Palate: The sweet vanilla and malty flavours are rounded off by some star anise and spicy peppers as we roll the whisky in our mouth. The spices are very evident and the vanilla become pronounced with addition of a few drops of water. Salty caramel, anyone! Finish: Stays in the back of the tongue and slows creeps into the back of the throat with a lingering salt & spice in the mouth.

The Batch 1 release of this Special Selection for "The Bothy" series was first matured in first fill ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred for a secondary maturation into smaller American Oak casks called Quarter Casks for a minimum period of 18 months. This greater contact between the whisky and oak results in a much more intense maturation over a shorter period of time. A full bodied Arran with rich vanilla sweetness and bold peppery notes in between alongside fresh fruits and a hint of dark chocolate.

12,000 bottles were released in Sep 2015. A 'bothy' refers to a simple shelter, usually unlocked and available for anyone to use free of charge and generally available as a basic accommodation for gardeners or other workers on an estate.

Bottled at cask strength in 2024, it is a Hong Kong exclusive with limited of 320 bottles.

It offers vibrant aromas of Seville orange zest, mixed nuts, and rich fudge. The palate unfolds with dark chocolate, berry compote, and a hint of white pepper, finishing with lingering notes of aniseed and mature oak.
