The Macallan Speymalt series is matured in first-fill Sherry hogshead casks, carefully selected by Gordon & Macphail. This expression, distilled in 2004 at The Macallan distillery, was aged for 20 years in these premium casks. Bottled at cask strength in 2024, it is a Hong Kong exclusive with limited of 320 bottles.

It offers vibrant aromas of Seville orange zest, mixed nuts, and rich fudge. The palate unfolds with dark chocolate, berry compote, and a hint of white pepper, finishing with lingering notes of aniseed and mature oak.

Cask: Oak/Caribbean Rum

Released in August 2012, this whisky has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. To create the ideal finish Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums and when he judged the casks to be ready, the rum was replaced with the aged spirit and the wood was put to work adding the final touches. The result is the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.  Nose: Rich, sweet and creamy toffee on the nose combines with fresh fruit notes Palate: Rounded with vanilla and sweet oak notes, with a fruity character that develops with time Finish: Soft and lingering

This is the core expression from the Clynelish Distillery (successor to the now-silent Brora and built opposite the original distillery). A very well balanced and enjoyable single malt, which is unpeated/very lighty peated and a flavour profile with characteristic waxy notes. Color: Gold Nose: floral, fresh green fruits like apple and pear followed by waxy honey, some mineral notes and tangerine and vanilla Palate: rich body which delivers more than the stated ABV but easy sip on the palate with slight waxiness, honey sweetness, toffee, orange and some subtle oak Finish: reasonably long with intermittent bitter sweet notes, some oak spices and pepper.

Evan Williams often referred to as "Kentucky's First Distiller" since he started distilling in 1783 on the bank of Ohio River created a pioneering tradition that is still carried on though such bottlings. Distilled using the same traditional sour mash process and recipe this is a vatting of a limited number of barrels, making it a small batch release. Color: Brilliant honey Nose: Oaky vanilla, sautéed butter, and sweet corn Palate: Semi-sweet, oaky, and honeyed Finish: Lean, off-dry, and regal (Tasting Notes from the Distillery)

Closed in 1983, Port Ellen has since become a highly collectible whisky and one with a great fan following. Distilled in 1982 (just prior to be closed), this is a rare magnum (1.5 litre) release by Silver Seal bottled in 2004. Only 60 such bottles were released.

Released by the family owned Glenfarclas Distillery, this Collector Series comprise, six extremely exclusive Whiskies, each representing one of six generations of the Grant Family which has continued to own the Distillery. This bottling is the first one of the series and comes in a black box adorned with a silver coin featuring the portrait of John Grant (1805-1889), who purchased the distillery on 8th June 1865. Distilled on the 23rd September 1966 and bottled on 18th December 2013 from Fino Cask #'s 4194, 4195, and 4197. A total of 1444 bottles were released. Rated 92+ on Whiskybase (by over 100 reviewers). Available only as a part of a FULL SET HERE.

A Connoisseurs Choice bottling (under Gordon & MacPhail) of this Speyside Distillery, Benrinnes. Matured in Refill Sherry Casks, this whisky is "refreshing" with "citrus fruit aromas and hints of nutmeg and cinnamon." A rare bottling.

Labels have wear and tear without any box. Label is the old Map label. Sold in "as is" condition.
