Big sherry notes are quite obvious with muscovado, stewed apples, soft spice, juicy red fruits along with smoked meat. A chewy whisky with very long finish and salty undertones.

Caperdonich distillery was demolished in 2010. Big sherry notes, soft spice, red fruits along with smoked meat. Long finish and chewy.
