In May 2025, Suntory released the Yamazaki Story of the Distillery 2025 Edition—the second release of a limited bottling series that honors the distillery’s rich history, its founder, and the craftsmanship behind the whiskies. Each annual release brings to life a chapter of the distillery’s history. The 2025 Edition focuses on the founder, Shinjiro Torii’s continued determination during the distillery’s construction and its early, challenging years. Rated 88+ on Whiskybase.

Color: Deep, radiant reddish-amber—hints of sun-ripened fruit and aged oak. Nose: Rich dried persimmon, warm clove spice, vanilla custard, and subtle dark chocolate; soft floral undertones (cherry blossom) and a whisper of smoky peat. Palate: Full-bodied and silky, with layers of orange marmalade, red bean paste sweetness, and dried fruit (raisin, fig); Mizunara oak adds sandalwood and coconut, while Spanish oak brings bright citrus. Finish: Long, lingering, and complex—smoky spice, dark chocolate, and a gentle umami warmth that echoes Yamazaki’s misty valley terroir.

インペリアルの歴史は、閉店やオーナーの交代といった苦難の連続でしたが、最終的には 2013 年に解体されました。通常、見つけるのは非常に困難で、フローラルでクリーム ソーダのような優しいスタイルの蒸留酒を好むファンがいます。

このボトルは、ウィスキー・エクスチェンジ主催のウィスキー・ショー2020の一環として発売されました。カスク5874からは198本のみの発売です。1994年ヴィンテージのこのウイスキーのラベルには、「常に変化する不可能の世界」が描かれており、これはウィスキー・エクスチェンジのクリエイティブ・ディレクター、ラジ・“ミスターC”・チャウダが手掛けた壮大なデザインの一部です。柑橘系、フローラル、草の香りに、ほのかなミントと穏やかなスパイスの香りが加わります。箱なし。

The Ardbeg Kelpie Committee Release is a limited edition Islay single malt scotch whisky launched in March 2017 exclusively for members of the Ardbeg Committee. Matured in a combination of virgin Black Sea oak casks (sourced from the Adyghe Republic in Russia) and traditional ex-bourbon barrels.  This Ardbeg release has been named after the "kelpie," a mythical water-shaping spirit of the deep ocean. 

 The Committee Release is bottled at the higher strength of 51.7% ABV.

The eighth batch of Single Malt whisky is a release of 4000 bottles from Nagahama Distillery features spirits distilled between 2020 and 2022 and vatted across different casks. This time around, the distillery combines Japanese Sakura casks and Brazilian Amburana casks for aging its whisky.

This whisky is a blend of (1) spirit distilled in 2021 which has been aged in KOVAL casks followed by an additional 2 years in rare Brazilian Amburana casks and (2) spirit distilled in 2022 and aged for about 4 years in Japanese Sakura casks.

Gentle aromas of Sakuramochi are enhanced by the exotic, spicy character of Amburana casks.

A old bottling with gold cap and gold box from the 1990s, this Hibiki Blended whisky is reportedly a 17 Year old (which at the time of this bottling series was not mentioned explicitly). Launched in 1989 to celebrate Suntory's 90th anniversary, the original Hibiki Blends were released without an explicit age statement on the front label and only featured the Gold Flower/Gold Crest.

Please note that this is an old bottling and hence label has stains and box is likely to have creases, wear and tear. Sold in "As Is" condition.

アンダーソンクラブ 15年 86プルーフ ケンタッキー・ストレート・バーボンウイスキーは、ヘブン・ヒルが日本市場向けにリリースした、極めて希少な熟成年数表記ありのバーボンで、現在ではコレクター垂涎の「火災以前」のヘブン・ヒル製品と見なされています。終売となり、非常に収集価値の高いこの厳選されたウイスキーは、トウモロコシ78%、ライ麦10%、麦芽12%を含むと推定される非公開のマッシュビルで構成され、最低15年間熟成されています。

アルコール度数43%で瓶詰めされたアンダーソンクラブ 15は、サワーマッシュバーボンとして表記され、特筆すべきはチャコールフィルターが施されている点です。このプロセスは現在、多くの人にリンカーンカウンティ法として知られています。チェリーとバニラのミントが重なったアロマが香りを迎え、続いてキャラメル、バニラクリームに包まれたアプリコット、スパイスの効いたリコリスの風味が口の中に広がります。

A highly sought-after and rare vintage Bowmore from the well-known Italian bottler Moon Import’s iconic “The Birds” series, distilled in 1980 and bottled in 1990. Matured in oak cask and limited to 600 bottles at 750ml. Bottle number for reference only. The distinctive label was designed by the legendary Silvano Samaroli. 

Highly rated on Whiskybase, with scores of 90+.

Please note that the label shows light scuffing and staining. The lip label shows a tear. The box is also stained, and a label has been taped onto the box. Sold in "As Is" condition. .

A highly collectible 1960s Aberlour-Glenlivet in the classic square bottle format at 750ml. Distilled in 1965 at Aberlour Glenlivet Distillery and bottled by Campbell's Distillery Ltd. for importer Rinaldi.

The label is notable for its “Over 8 Years Old” age statement, a style associated with historic export bottlings, while the 1965 vintage places it among the more desirable post-war Aberlour releases. The bottle retains the original tax seal on the capsule from Rinaldi imports.

Of particular interest is "Unblended All Malt" description, a vintage marketing term indicating a whisky is exclusively from 100% malted barley and drawn from a single distillery, without being blended with grain whisky, before modern terminology such as “single malt” became standard. 

This old Speyside malt carries the hallmarks of a bygone era and remains a desirable release among collectors seeking early distillery bottlings with strong visual appeal and historic significance.
