ヘーゼルバーン

ヘーゼルバーンはキャンベルタウンのスプリングバンク蒸留所で製造されており、ノンピート／トリプル蒸留のウイスキーです。初生産は1997年です。8年熟成の初リリースは2005年です。大麦はスプリングバンクの伝統的な麦芽製造床に撒かれ、発芽後、モルトキルンの穴あき床で熱風乾燥されます。この際、洋ナシは一切使用されません。ヘーゼルバーンという名前は、キャンベルタウンに数多く存在した、当時最大級の規模を誇り、1825年から1925年まで操業していたヘーゼルバーン蒸留所へのオマージュです。
This is the 2021 release of the popular Hazelburn 10 Years Old from Springbank. The first release in 2014 got 90 points in Whiskyfun. Using Springbank's triple distilled unpeated spirit and matured in Bourbon cask for 10 years. Nose: minerals, pear, fresh honey and vanilla. Palate: Oily, citrus fruit and a fresh mouth feel Finish: Oily and chewy in medium length.
