A 12 years old bottling from Highland Park bottled during the 1990s in a dumpy styled bottle and a paper label. A rare bottle to find. This old bottling is a unique balance of subtle smokiness and heather-honey sweetness. Whisky writer Michael Jackson had commented about these old Highland Park 12 year olds as 'The greatest all-rounder in the world of malt whisky'. This has been bottled at 43%.

"Rindo" is the first release of Mars's Nature of Shinshu range and refers to one of the types of flower which grows near the distillery. The label for both the bottles were designed by Kenro Shinchi, an artist based out of Koshikishima Island in Kagoshima, Japan.
