Since closing in 2011, Karuizawa (once, the smallest whisky distillery in Japan), has gained significant interest over the last few years. Karuizawa Noh 31 Year Old is a rare single cask Japanese single malt whisky, distilled in 1981, matured in a sherry butt (cask no. 155), and bottled in 2013.

Karuizawa Noh Whisky “The Mask of Chorie Beshimi” (also known as Chorei Beshimi) is a rare single cask Japanese single malt from the closed Karuizawa distillery, distilled in 1983, matured in a sherry butt (cask no. 7576), and bottled in 2012. Only 571 bottles released.

Karuizawa Multi-Vintages #1 Noh Whisky is a rare Japanese single malt from the closed Karuizawa distillery, a vatting of four casks (sherry butts and bourbon barrels) distilled in 1981, 1982, 1983, and 1984 (casks #6405, #4973, #8184, #6437), and bottled in October 2011. Only 1,500 bottles released. It received 92 Points & 5 Stars on Whiskyfun.

Ichiro’s Malt Hanyu Card Series “Five of Diamonds” is a rare Japanese single malt whisky from the closed Hanyu distillery, distilled in 2000 and matured in Hogshead/Sherry Butt before being bottled in 2012. Only 652 bottles were released, making it a sought-after collector's item. Whiskybase 88 Points. No Box.

Nikka Hokkaido 12 Years Pure Malt Japanese Whisky is a refined expression from Nikka Whisky, aged for 12 years in a mix of American oak and sherry casks.
