響 日本のウイスキー

サントリー創業90周年を記念して1989年に発売された響は、長年にわたり最も高い評価を得ているウイスキーの一つです。当初は「熟成された芳醇な味わいを持つ、特別な熟成期間のウイスキーを巧みにブレンド」したウイスキーとして発売され、30種類もの異なる原酒をブレンドしていると言われています。一年の「小節」（春、夏、秋、冬の四季をさらに六つの時期に分け、「立春」や「立秋」など季節の特徴にちなんで名付けられている）を表現した24面のユニークなボトルに詰められており、最初の発売は17年、続いて21年が発売されました。 30年は1997年に、12年は2009年に発売されました。

12 年および 17 年のリリースは最近廃止されました。

The Hibiki 17 Year Old Japanese Whisky received the Gold Award at the International Spirits Challenge 2016. It also won the World Whiskies Award for Best Blended Japanese Whisky in the 13 to 20 years category. The bottling with the purple box packaging belongs to the older editions of this whisky, produced before Suntory discontinued this age-stated expression in 2018.
