グレン・グラント・スペイサイド・シングルモルト・スコッチ・ウイスキー

グレン・グラントは、1840年にジョンとジェームズのグラント兄弟が蒸留所免許を申請したことから設立されました。彼らの製法は、水源に大きく依存しています。スコットランド高地の天然湧水は、彼らのウイスキーに欠かせない原料です。

グレン・グラントのシングルモルトは、キリッとしたクリアな味わいとフレッシュさ、そして軽やかな口当たりが特徴です。彼らの蒸留法は、非常に背の高いスチルを用いたユニークなものです。また、両蒸留工程で精製装置を使用している唯一の蒸留所でもあります。これにより、スチルからコンデンサーへ送られる蒸気は最も純粋なものだけとなり、フレッシュで軽やかなウイスキーが生まれます。

グレン・グラントは以前はシーバス・ブラザーズ社が所有していましたが、2005年12月にイタリアの会社グルッポ・カンパリ社に買収されました。
