ダルモア蒸留所は、スコットランドのアルネス、インヴァネスの北約32キロに位置しています。クロマティ湾の岸辺に位置し、その名の由来となった「広大な草原」、ブラック・アイルを見下ろしています。

ダルモアは、濃厚なフルーティーさと豊かな甘み、そしてかすかに感じるモルトの風味が特徴です。熟成にはシェリー樽が最も多く使用されています。

A new addition to the Dalmore range, this is a different release than the usual 12 Year old from Dalmore. Matured in ex-bourbon casks for about ten years and then supposedly further finished for an additional 24 months in a combination of American & European casks from 3 different Andalucian cooperages (Tevasa, Vasyma, Paez) bringing together the influence of a variety of Sherry including Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez.
