ベンリネス

ベンリネスは1826年、ピーター・マッケンジーによって設立されました。スペイサイドの守護神山の麓に位置し、部分的な3回蒸留を採用しています。この蒸留法を用いることで、ベンリネスのウイスキーは独特の肉厚で硫黄のような風味を帯びています。ディアジオのフローラ＆ファウナのような、シェリー樽で熟成されたウイスキー100%を使用した独立瓶詰めのウイスキーをよく見かけます。
