Matured exclusively in spanish oloroso sherry butts, this A'bunadh is the Batch 67 release from Aberlour. A'bunadh means "The Original" in Gaelic and is a respectful toast to the founder of Aberlour, James Fleming. Bottled at cask strength, this is an intensely rich sherried whisky. Aroma of spices, pralines, spiced oranges with a palate of black cherries, ginger and dark chocolate. The finish is long and balanced with hints of oak.

Usually a vatting of 5 - 25 year old Whiskies, the A'bunadh range is a highly awarded release from this distillery.

Released in 2012, this Black Bull 40 Year Old is a blend of select Single Malt and Single Grain whiskies from the renowned Duncan Taylor & Co. vintage cask range. This expression is bottled at natural strength, preserving the character it has developed during its 40-plus years in the cask. The blend consists of approximately 90% malt whiskies and 10% grain, matured in a ratio of about 80% ex-Bourbon casks and 20% ex-Sherry casks. 

As the flagship of the Black Bull range, this superior blend includes whiskies from premium Scottish distilleries such as Glenlivet, Bunnahabhain, Tamdhu, Glen Grant, Invergordon, and Port Dundas. The Macallan 18 Year Old 1992 Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a vintage expression from the Macallan distillery. Distilled in 1992 (or earlier) and matured for 18 years in traditional sherry oak casks at 43% ABV. This whisky is valued for its complexity and depth, with aromas of intense sherry, oak, and dried fruits. On the palate, it offers rich, balanced flavors with notes of dried fruit, honey, chocolate, and subtle spices, followed by a long, delicate finish. 

This whisky come with an elegant special wooden box to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Shinsegae, a prominent retailer in Korea.

A fully sherry cask matured whisky from Balvenie, which is unusual. Each bottle is part of a batch which comprises a few hundred bottles coming from a single cask and hence likely to somewhat different than the other batch while retaining the characteristics of Balvenie's spirit and flavours of rich sherry oak, dried fruits and subtle spices overlaid with a soft nuttiness and a nice long finish.

The 2020 limited release uses a combination of Optic/Publican barley grown in the fields next to the Kilchoman Distillery in Rockside on Islay in 2007, 2009 and 2010. This unique Single Farm Single Malt is the only whisky in Scotland to be produced entirely on one farm, from barley to bottle. The barley was then malted onsite and peated using local Islay peat before being distilled, matured and eventually bottled all within the farm distillery’s premises. Matured for a minimum of 9 years, this vatting of 39 bourbon barrels and 2 oloroso sherry casks delivers an intense combination of floral sweetness, layers of rich fruity character and soft maritime peat smoke. Limited to 12,400 bottles.

"Sado - The Guest". This is a Single Cask (#129/2013) bottling exclusively for Mizunara, Hong Kong. Bottled in November 2020 with 254 bottles released, this has been matured in a fresh bourbon barrel for nearly seven years and then finished in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead for over ten months. A Nose of citrus fruits and raisins and a Palate of mixed fruits, salted caramel and dry spice with peat smoke at the back end, the Finish is long with rich fruits, lots of spices like cloves and cardamom along with dry smoke. 

This bottling represents a continuation of the story of SADO, from Mizunara's previous Single Cask bottling (767/2011 label focusing on the HOST) and this time around focuses on the GUEST, both of whom share mutual respect during a Japanese Tea Ceremony ("SADO"). The label for both the bottles were designed by Kenro Shinchi, an artist based out of Koshikishima Island in Kagoshima, Japan.

Nose: Plums with gingerbread and hints of toffee Palate: Honey, quite oily with spices such as cloves and cinnamon Finish: Warming ginger spice, lingering coffee beans and marzipan.
