This is a Limited Edition of Machir Bay bottled at Cask Strength of 58.3% ABV using the same vatting recipe as the traditional Machir Bay bottling to appreciate the full power and character of Kilchoman's core range.

Nose: Opens with light, fruity notes influenced by our distillation. Being cask strngth, allows for intense waves of fresh green apple followed by candied tropical fruits. Lasting hints of dry, earthy peat smoke become the backbone for this  release. Palate: Noticeably power at cask strength allowing for a concentrated palate combining citrus notes of lemon and orange peel. As the whisky opens it reveals a dominant honeycomb-sweetness that makes way for a profile driven by milk chocolate, provided by a Bourbon-rich maturation. Finish: A slight cracking black pepper spice combined with nutmeg. The oily, rich texture of this whisky delivers an increasingly smoky influence. The Macallan Speymalt series is matured in first-fill Sherry hogshead casks, carefully selected by Gordon & Macphail. This expression, distilled in 2004 at The Macallan distillery, was aged for 20 years in these premium casks. Bottled at cask strength in 2024, it is a Hong Kong exclusive with limited of 320 bottles.

It offers vibrant aromas of Seville orange zest, mixed nuts, and rich fudge. The palate unfolds with dark chocolate, berry compote, and a hint of white pepper, finishing with lingering notes of aniseed and mature oak.

A peated Glendronach is not something that you see often though we must emphasize that it comes across as gently or lightly peated. Initially matured in bourbon casks and then into Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, this whisky leans more towards bourban cask flavors -  honey wax, malty, floral, spicy notes and subtle smoky elements. More earthy notes than the usual islay smoke or maritime saltiness while retaining the character of the Glendronach spirit.

Named after the southern most point of Islay, which is Mull of Oa (the rounded headland that shelters the distillery from the wild Atlantic) this is a vatting of different cask maturations including new charred oak, PX Sherry and first fill bourbon.

Madeira is a fortified wine available in a range of dry to sweet styles. A full Madeira cask maturation is quite rare and brings a rich fruity character balanced with the citrus and floral creaminess of the Kilchoman distillate. Distilled in May 2016, matured for over 5+ years in 46 fresh Madeira hogsheads, before being bottled at 50% ABV in August 2021.  While originally planned for release in late 2021, a bottle shortage resulted in a delayed release/shipment to Hong Kong.( Officially released in March 2022 in the UK) 

Nose: Caramel, Orange peel, Ripe plums and Rich smoke. Palate: Bright citrus zest, peach, Dark chocolate with ripe fruits. Finish: Juicy fruits, some burnt sugar with smoke.

The Loch Gorm 2019 Edition is a vatting of 20 oloroso sherry butts filled in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011. Layers of stewed plums, pears and tropical fruit have become more defined in the casks as they age, complimenting the bold, spicy and rich character of early releases, creating a beautiful marriage of Kilchoman and oloroso sherry cask maturation. Limited to 15,000 bottles worldwide.

The sixth edition release of this Peated Malt series from the Arran Distillery in 2015 has been peated to a level of 20 ppm (as a benchmark Ardbeg tends to use a 50 ppm malt for its Ardbeg 10). On the west coast of the Isle of Arran lies a mystical and windswept peat bog called Machrie Moor. Legend has it that the warrior giant Fingal tethered his favourite dog Bran to one of the many stone circles strewn across the terrain (as shown on the label). This particular stone circle is called Fingal's Cauldron Seat.

This 50 ppm Limited EDITION release has been fully matured in Fino Sherry Casks from Bodega Miguel Martin in Spain. This is a vatting of 11 fresh butts and 1 refill butt. 

Nose: fresh and floral with plenty of coastal influence. Seaside freshness gives way to tropical fruit, light citrus and malty sweetness. Palate: juicy tropical fruit and earthy peat smoke combined with spices, lemon zest and a creamy, malty sweetness. Finish: long and bold with gentle peat smoke, cashews and almonds with the dry saline influence of the fino coming forward. 10,500 bottles released worldwide with limited availability in Hong Kong. Not often you come across a fino matured whisky.

The first release in the "Art of Glengoyne" series carries a watercolor painting of the distillery with the snow capped peak of Dumgoyne hill by the Edinburgh based artist David Brogan.  Like all Glengoyne malts, this 10 year old is distilled from air-dried barley without any peat smoke. With a natural bright gold color and a smooth warming palate, this will remind you of green apples, oak and toffee with a hint of almonds and liquorice. A sweet malty finish.
